Pleasant Stay....Will Come Again!Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: The wonderful breakfast they include each morning in the quaint dining room and the free parking plus all the character the house has to offer.
Cons: Other than just a few minor repairs needed in the bathroom, our stay would have been excellent.
We really enjoyed our stay at The Inn on the River Walk. This is a charming house with tons of history in a good location right on the river walk.

Gordon Retirement Road TripPosted Apr 26, 2015 on Hotels
We were over the moon with our 3 nights stay here. The staff and the owner are excellent and together they contributed to us having the best time. This is a wonderful place to stay as you are so close to the heart of the city and yet feel as if you are in the suburbs. It is right on the riverwalk in a beautiful spot. We totally lucked out as we visited during the Fiestas week and we had the time of our lives. We have so many happy memories to take home to Scotland. Thank you Roland and your wonderful staff.

Location and overall view very nice.Posted Apr 22, 2015
Location is very good - did not move my car the three days we were there and the parking is free unlike most of the hotels in the downtown. The walk along the river walk is great and about 12 minutes to the center. The breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful about local interests and how to get there. The big disappointment was the quality of the towels and bedding. Some towels were frayed and the pillows were very flat fiber-fill. Just those two improve- ments would add a lot to the total feel and comfort of the rooms.

Another Pleasant ExperiencePosted Apr 11, 2015
Pros: Visiting with other guests, visiting with owner, very relaxing place
Cons: Owner is upgrading and renovating the facility while maintaining the look and feel of this historic house built in 1916. It will be even better.
Location: On Riverwalk past the hotel and restaurant area, Near to Alamo, Missions, restaurants, King William District. Anything in San Antonio is accessible.
Excellent food, quite and peaceful, convenient location near to many attractions but away from the crowds. Owner showed us around all three floors and described renovations he is making.

Interessante Unterbringung in super Lage.Posted Apr 2, 2015

pleasant, quiet B&BPosted Mar 9, 2015 on Hotels
Stayed for 5 nights with my wife. Got very quiet room. Staff and the owner were very helpful and pleasant. Good, warm breakfast (with couple of choices of food) and descent coffee. Excellent location - just 10-15 min walking distance from the Convention Center. Will definitely stay again, if in San Antonio.

Nice and cosyPosted Mar 7, 2015 on Hotels
Excellent charming Inn. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Outstanding breakfast and friendly staff. A nice break from sterile and impersonal chain hotels. Direct access to RiverWalk which will take you to center of city or conference center in 10-15 minutes.
