It was infested with roaches. Absolutely disgusting and the staff tried acting like they didn't know. It doesn't get that bad without someone noticing. Will never stay here.

We scheduled 2 nights but left after one when we found 3 live cockroaches. The front desk was very apologistic but "management" would not refund our second night. There were other signs we should have noticed but I doubt they would have refunded anything. DO NOT GO THERE!

The room was dirty and infested with roaches. I was asked if I wanted a smoking or nonsmoking area. There was no difference. The nonsmoking area smelled awful. The property is unsafe. Nothing, but prostitutes and gang affiliated people. I highly recommend you pay extra money and stay at a hotel.

Towels were completely stained, there was burn holes in the comforter. One light was completely out. Another one was flickering. Had to pay a deposit that was more than the cost of the room. Room was dirty & gross. Everything was stained & smelly. The carpet looks like it came out of a 1960 horror movie. I’ve traveled all over as a travel nurse & this was the worse experience & worse room I’ve ever saw!!!

Non smoking rooms had bed covers with smoking holes , microwave looked like it had mold in the bottom of it .. Room 129. 107. 137 has a roach infestation BAD. MANAGER of property refuse to give DEPOSIT back and refuse to give her name or corporates number . Threathen to call the police because she was being questioned about the deposit ... Also she was discriminating against people who were being dropped off to their rooms. For example 3 people in a car dropping off 1 person to their room . Knowing 3 people can fit to a room .. Says it on their website.. She was just giving people a HARD time

Avoid this place!
Dirty place, could hear thing running in the walls. It smelled like smoke even in a non smoking room, when we go there to check in they didn’t have the room we reserved online so they tried to give us two doubles instead of the king we paid for and then because the original room wasn’t available and he had to find something else he charged us another $40 that would be “returned” in a week. It was cold late and I was pregnant and tired we decided to just take the room. We go to the room and it’s supposed to be a non smoking but it wreaks of smoke and it’s dingy there’s bugs smashed in the walls as if someone killed them and just left them and not that I would want to but I couldn’t have even taken a shower because the part to turn the shower on was completely broken
