“Close to a lot of restaurants.”

The only problem I had was that it doesn't have elevators and it was hard for me to walk the stairs. Everything else was great. Great Breakfast!

Hotel was very nice. The pool area was great. Right off the interstate. Great location. Only minutes away from The Alamo and Riverwalk

If you are looking for a clean, nice place, safe, and close to the city this is it. Breakfast is very good. Many choices. You can't go wrong. We use this hotel over and over because we have many shows in the area.

“Short and Sweet Stay”

My husband and I always pick La Quinta and thus far have had great experiences with room cleaniness and friendly staff. This hotel in particular was picked because we were attending a family wedding only 10 minutes away. It was very convinient, the area seemed new and we loved the easy access to the highway. The room was clean and comfortable. Although we thought the bathroom was way too small. Overall I would stay here gain, the parking was great and the rooms were comfortable, except for the small bathroom!

We needed a last minute hotel room. It was fairly convenient for where we were going (Alamodome). It was neat and clean and affordable. It meet our needs.

First time I ever booked a hotel online. I was totally impressed with everything; the location, the rates, the wonderful continental breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel. The Expedia rates were very impressive! I would definitely have no problem going back to this one!

“NEVER AGAIN”

My friend and I were driving to San Antonio from Austin. I used hotels.com and booked the Omni and my friend booked this hotel using expedia. We chose La Quinta because of the name. BUT ... The Hotel name was misleading... Alamo Dome south ... made it sound that it was next to alamo dome... which in fact is IS NOT... we did not stay there... in a bad neighborhood and hotel staff was rude when I tried to cancel... said that I needed to cancel 24 hours in advance... problem was we just made the reservations while we were on the way down there... so I was charged for a room that I didnt stay in. By the way... I had NO trouble cancelling the Omni hotel.
