It was convenient for where I needed to go. Close by dining and shopping was good But, there was barely any hot water flow both in the sink and shower. The hot water turned on full at the bathroom sink was a very thin stream. This was also true for the shower. The choice was a trickle of hot water or a higher flow of barely warm water.

Front desk worker was nice but there were shady individuals in the area and next door to me. I beeive they were getting high. Didnt trust my car there and didnt feel safe. Room was ragedy. Pay a little more for a better stay. Not worth it. Breakfast was a joke.

To begin with the door to the room was not in the best condition. The first thing we see is the beds, and those were the worst part. They were stained and really old. The counters were dirty as well. If you want a room that isn't good quality but provides the basic needs like a working bathroom and a bed then it could work for you. The pictures on the website need to be updated because they do not match with the real thing.

The location from first glance looks sketchy. The rooms weren’t too clean and nothing worked. When asked about the fitness room, I was told the that everything is out of order. Oh I forgot, they gave the room I booked to someone else who they claim to have same last name as I . Air on the side of caution when booking .

Insects in the room, homeless encampments under the bridges on the property that no one is attempting to deal with or help, poorly maintained room, people making noise at all hours, and a seemingly indifferent front desk staff. The one thing I will give them is the effectiveness of their housekeeping. They were spot on.

Potholes. Homeless people living on the property grounds. 2:00 AM yelling and screaming on property grounds with hotel management doing nothing about the noise after our repeated requests.This place is unsafe and violent. Fighting on property. We cannot sleep. Dirty rooms. Filth on headboards. Hairs on sheets. Missing moldings on walls.

What a mess. The parking lot is so damaged with pot holes we were afraid it would damage our vehicle. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was a pair of underwear in the closet. The shower head is so low, only a child could shower properly. There was a brown ring of soap scum around the entire tub. The mirrors had been cleaned with something that left a film.

The room was filthy. There was some type of red jelly like substance on the floor upon arrival. I placed a towel over it and the next day after room service, the towel was picked up but the substance remained, needless to say it wasn’t cleaned. The room surfaces were never wiped down; there was lint, dust and debris that stayed the entire 3 days we were there. The floors were not swept or mopped. Overall, you get what you pay for.

There were holes in the wall near the outlets. The other guests were rude, and very loud!

The staff was excellent. I booked this because it was close to the AFB but it's nothing but homeless people around the property. We checked out after just one night. I got 2 rooms both had someone around 3 am try to open my door. I was traveling with family. If you stay pack some heat!!!!may need it.

The property looks dirty, unsafe, poor lighting, 2 pools empty with debris… Lacked customer service both check-in and check out. No coffee at the breakfast area. I was placed in the farthest corner and felt super unsafe. My room mirror was crusty white needs to be replaced, corners of the moulding were chewed on from previous dogs that stayed there. Just terrible. Got home with a terrible allergy and in hives. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Property was run down. Room has seen better days. No dead bolt, lots of noise upstairs and around the room. Room was missing furniture. Offered a very simple breakfast but no coffee with only 1 or 2 tables to sit at. Never again
