“Hotel and Staff were great.”

Everything was very nice. Service was very prompt when ever we asked for anything. Breakfast was good. We would stay here again on our next visit.

“Not Impressed”

After pointing out that the bathroom had dried up excrement on the toilet seat, we were given another room. This one had several flies and a couple of mosquitoes buzzing around the room.

“Not going back”

We are not too happy with this hotel. We reserved a king size bed but were giving two singles. We advised hotel management but were told the only room they had with a king size bed had trouble getting in and out of the room due to a broken lock. The room smelled like a smoking room but was told that it was not a smoking room. We are displeased with our stay period.

“Military families”

Excellent stay for those going to all the festivities of Air Force graduation! Hotel it's located less than 2 minutes from Lackland AFB.

“Good location”

its nearby wendys, mcdonalds, Mexican food, like 15 minutes to six flags, sea world, downtown riverwalk. walmart, walgreens, papa johns. good swiming pool for the kids. i recommend

We arrived late, but the front desk woman was still very accommodating & not at all rude. The room was a little bit small. I thought the quality could be better for the price. But overall served our purpose.

“Stayed for BMT graduation, not a bad place”

I was overall satisfied with my stay. The room was kept up very nice & the front desk was very kind & professional. The only down sides are that the second building is across the bridge & seems a lilttle sketchy bc it's not in the open, especially when you're alone. The carpet is slightly dingy so wear slippers or socks. There was also this very irritating water circulating sound the toilet was making. But if you're willing to put up with those few things then you will be alright. The location is incredible if you're attending BMT graduation, only a few minutes away. It's not exactly luxurious but it's good enough for when you are out most the day & just need a clean quiet place to rest. Also the price of the rooms are not bad either especially if you're on a budget. There is an exceptional shuttle service called Alamo City Shuttle who is very professional, good driver, & extremely affordable (I used them my whole stay even to go to the mall & the airport).

Area recommendations

It's in the Lackland neighborhood just off the AFB in San Antonio. I would recommend staying in this location if you have business on the AFB due to it's convenient location. If you want something more luxurious stay by the Riverwalk in Downtown.

Getting around

Convenient location for BMT graduation on Lackland AFB, I would recommend using Alamo City Shuttle to get around. Very proficient, affordable, safe.
