The motel is very convenient to Lackland AFB. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The facility itself was very rundown and shabby.

good location to Lackland AFB.

We enjoyed our stay, but since we had 3 adults they didn't pay attention to how many face clothes we needed and even after asking for 3 they would only leave us 2.

Close to Airforce Base, but that's all.

Posted Apr 15, 2015
Pros: Just that it was close to the Airforce Base.
Cons: The bathrooms are outdated and the pressure in the showers not very good.
Location: There was nothing close to the hotel to do, we had to drive 15 or more minutes away to find places to eat or activitys to do.
This hotel was close to the Air Force base, however I would not recommend it to stay there. The reason I would not recommend it, is because it was just an average hotel and not close to anything else. After visting with our Airman which we either did on base or along the river walk, there was not anything close for us to do or places to go eat. The area looked a little rough and the only places to go eat were, In and Out burger and Taco Cabana.

not what I wxpectes

Posted Apr 15, 2015
This hotel is ideal for a very short stay where you don't spend a lot of time in the room, like a Lackland grad. I only say this because my room was musty and had a few very large spiders inside. The smell got worse the longer I was there. Also my room was on the first floor, near the lobby so it had a noise factor of guests going in and out of the lobby, and everyone seemed to smoke right outside of my room so it would waft in. I'm sure with some updates and a really good top to bottom clean this hotel could be rated higher. I am returning to San Antonio and staying just a few miles farther away to get better accommodations.

Booked for proximity

Posted Apr 10, 2015
Pros: proximity to purpose for hotel stay.
I was expecting a little better accomadations. I saw a cockroach in my room. The lobby is crowed when attempting to eat breakfast. There was previous water damage in the bathroom and repairs were not completed very well. Beds are marketed as "queen" size, they are small queen beds. Nice area for grilling with picnic tables! Nice space for dogs.

NIght staff were very rude

Posted Apr 5, 2015
Cons: change the night staff
Night staff were very rude at check in were to busy looking at another girls nails. Room was not very clean. Due to the amount of time I had to wait to check in I heard them be very rude to customers calling about room problems especially air conditioning
