“Great Location and UNBEATABLE Price!”

Extremely quiet, very clean, and a great location. Most importantly you cant beat the price! the bed was extremely comfortable. Walk across the street from the hotel and you in the Rivercity Mall! The breakfast is pretty good as well. there was eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and more. Plenty of room. We stayed in the standard room King Bed. Definitely Stay again. Staff very friendly and helpful.

“On a convention trip”

Location is wonderful, just across the street from the Marriott. More convenient access to the Convention Center then some of my colleagues. Spacious lobby and lounge. Did not use the pool, but looked to be in good shape, though winter. I would stay here again.

“Great Customer Service!”

During our stay, the hotel experienced some sort of plumbing problem and had to shut off the water in order to do repairs. They gave us adequate notice (written notice) and stuck to the schedule. Also,the front desk staff was helpful in recommending great places to eat and helping us to find those places. They even looked for coupons in an attempt to help us save money on the meal. On one occassion, I overheard an interchange between the front desk staff and a guest who wanted to check-in early. The front desk staff was firm in not allowing the guest's request (and the guest was a jerk) but offered apologies and options to the guest. Apologies were absolutely not necessary since the guest was in the wrong, but those were offered anyway. Great job by the front desk staff to diffuse the situation! Last, the breakfast room staff was welcoming, gracious and helpful. I use a motorized wheelchair and they went out of their way to assist me in getting my breakfast.

comfortable bed, clean fresh linens daily, helpful desk. so very convenient to Riverwalk, mall shops and dining. easy on and off from airport and travel to other sites. C0onvenient to Lackland AFB.

From the front desk to room service, they had excellent customer service. Across from the mall and within walking distance from the Riverwalk. We arrived early, since the room was unoccupied they let us check-in. Excellent breakfast, waffles are great! The only problem I saw was the pool, it looked unclean, so we didn't use it.

Very friendly employees, helpfull. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel would highly recomend this hotel to everyone. The room was clean, sheets were clean, no problems at all...this is a must stay hotel.

“Great Hotel-Close to all downtown venues”

Call when arrived at airport to ask for early check-in; the person that answered the phone was courteous and said we were able to check in early. When we arrived at hotel, he was expecting us and we were taken care of immediately and efficiently. Hotel was nice; breakfast was ok, but a good thing, sufficient for us, hotel service was great.

This is a very nice place to stay. Good location, clean, friendly staff, and affordable. Very nice breakfast buffet and lounge. Directly across the street from the Riverwalk Mall, and convenient to Ft. Sam Houston (if you're there visiting a soldier, as I was!).

“Great time!!!”

Went just a a get away with wife...Only had to walk about 1 block to Riverwalk, but saved a bunch of money!!! Breakfast each morning was really good, and only became busy on the morning we were leaving (Friday). Through the week, the breakfast was with no wait, and had lots of hot food. Rooms were a little small, however clean and maintained. The only complaint was the electronic thermostat as it seemed to "turn itself" back and forth after we left the room, and we would have to reset temperature when returned to room. I'm sure this is some kind of "savings" but kind of a nuisance for us. Overall very pleased with location, room, and cost savings. Everything was only a short walk away, while we saved considerably compared to places on the riverwalk. Would stay here again..definitely!!!
