“La Quinta Inn & Suites San Antonio Downtown La Qui”

We like that the Hotel gave us a Parking Permit when we registered. This action tells us that the hotel has security watching the parking lot.

“Excellent surprise!!”

We were surprised to have a hotel so nice because some pics are not always what they appear to be on the website but we were very pleased with the size of the room. Our kids had room to move around. Loved the amenities of the fridge and microwave that some hotels consider upgrades or extras. Bathroom was big enough for my sister and I to do our makeup at the same time! Our next stay in San Antonio will definately be at this hotel. Big ups to the complimentary happy hour/social hour. I enjoyed chatting w/the other guest. Staff was excellent.

“Very pleased”

I was extremely impressed with our room. I felt very comfortable. Room was very clean and roomy. A little more walking to downtown than anticipated, however, overall, very satisfied.

“Excellent”

Great hotel, soundly built so even though my room was right next to the elevator I did not hear a single sound all night! Quiet, great breakfast, very nice inside, and all for a great price. Only 1 block to the trolley pickup which for a $3 day pass (bought at the hotel next door) you can ride unlimited on for a day. Trolley is a quick couple minutes to the River Walk, Alamodome, convention center, etc. This is the first place I'm looking at when I go back to San Antonio.

“see below”

the hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and provided everything we needed. Also it was nice having both a refrigerator and a microwave to use as needed. It was also very quiet. Thank you

“Not disappointed!!”

Arrived alone the first night and felt very welcome and safe. My husband arrived the next day from duty at the Air Force Base and they were very accomodating. Breakfast is your usual continental and the milk is very cold...may not mean much to some folks but that was a plus for me. They were VERY helpful at the front desk when I needed assistance to find a good place to eat the first night. They also even made phone calls to help us arrange transportation to Sea World. We were both very pleased.

“Excellent hotel for the money”

If you are looking for a reasonable hotel in walking distance to the Riverwalk - here you go. And you get an excellent maintained facility w/ even "happy hour" atop.

“A Diamond in the Rough”

Okay... here's the skinny. I walked into this place in my shorts and t-shirt and thought Uh-oh.. this is the wrong hotel. It is WAY too nice. But it was! The staff was very friendly, very outgoing, willing to recommend eatting places and fun things to do. The hotel was very nice and clean, the rooms were HUGE... a gigantic bedroom area with a sitting area with a couch and chair. Biggest secret... the breakfast during the week...eggs and sausage on morning, eggs and biscuits another... who knew "deluxe" breakfast actually meant DELUXE!!!
