Convenient and overall goodPosted Mar 4, 2014
The hallway had a foul smell on our floor, but our room was great. Right across the street from the River Center Mall and just a 5 minute walk to the Alamodome. We'll stay here again.

Riverwalk MotelPosted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: Location cleanliness
Cons: Not paying for parking.
It was very nice. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant. I do not think it is fair to have to pay $21 extra every day to park. The room is expensive as it is, which I do not mind paying for the location but most motels do not charge for parking. People have to get there somehow. The girl/woman who was refilling the food at breakfast was not very friendly. My friend asked for more eggs because they were gone and the girl snapped at her and said "They are coming" in a rude tone.

Never againPosted Mar 1, 2014
Pros: The distance to attractions around the river walk was close but still walked a while
Cons: You pay enough for a room so they should offer free parking to customers!
My husband and I took 2 vehicles and had to pay $20 each to park there overnight while other visitors who weren't staying paid $10 and that took our parking when we returned. The room service never brought extra towels and be careful since the door does not latch closed when you leave! Pull it shut behind you!

Ok hotel... centrally locatedPosted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: The location, the rooms
This La Quinta is close to the Riverwalk (blocks away) but not on it, so don't be misled. The hotel is walking distance from most everything you will want to see downtown. The rooms are nice, the free internet is great and the breakfast is ok (warm eggs, sausage, cereals, waffles, etc.) The staff is nice though somewhat aloof. The bar is ok, though I wish they would offer a free drink (or two - haha) to its guests.

We enjoyed our first stay at a La Quinta very much. Clean, very friendly, comfy beds. Within walking distance from Alamo and Riverwalk. Mall right across the street is a plus. Will definitely return.

Great location.Posted Feb 14, 2014
Pros: We liked the location. Very close to the Riverwalk. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Can't think of anything negative about our stay.
Location: We were across the street from the Riverwalk and the Alamo. Awesome location.
San Antonio has so much to see. The weather could have been better, but otherwise, it was a great experience. Will definitely come back for a longer period of time.

Great location to sites and the Alamo!Posted Feb 7, 2014
Pros: Great breakfast buffet! Friendly staff. Would be a great place for a conference or banquet! It was also pet friendly, yet still quiet.
Cons: The housekeeping was disappointing! Only trash pulled and bed made daily. No vacuuming or mopping was done. Coffee cups were forgotten, sink dirty!
Location: The Alamo, Riverwalk, the Buckhorn, Tower of the Americas, etc.
Loved seeing San Antonio and all it's culture and charm! Close to airport, but the 8 mile cab ride was $30 each way...! Best deal was the hop on/ hop off trolley on a 2-day pass! Don't miss the revolving Charter House Restaurant atop Tower of the Americas...What a view!!! Definitely want to return when the weather is better and warm! It was in the 30's at night! Very cold for Feb.!
