This hotel was clean, safe, and comfortable. The beds were pretty small, the parking was expensive, and the breakfast did not have any fruit. The location was great and walking distance to plenty of sights. It fit the bill for us for our weekend stay.

This was a trip for the books!! Our anniversary was amazing with the help of Jonathan, La Quinta staff! He went above and beyond to ensure our anniversary was recognized and celebrated!! We will be back!!

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. I am glad to hear you generally enjoyed our hotel. However, I am sorry for the confusion on the hotel parking policy. It is not standard for our brand, but it is mandated by the city to have only paid parking on-site due to our location. It is listed online on the full listing rather than the quick view usually under "Hotel Info" or "Hotel Amenities". That said, we do try to keep our overnight guest prices competitive with our neighbors and try to add value by offering premium privileges like unlimited in & out and free extended parking to 3PM. Even so, I will be sure to confirm with our desk staff and our listings that the correct information is being relayed to any future guests. Thank you for being our guest, and I hope you will choose to stay with us on your next visit to the San Antonio Riverwalk.

Online said no parking fees, NOT So! We were put into old room showing wear and tear , seemed like a handicapped facility, we are in our 80's but very able. Bathtub was especially challanging with old fixtures. Key to door required several tries Spots on carpet

Service was great, room was spacious and pretty clean, ton of ebikes and scooters around, and breakfast was definitely one of the better continental breakfast I've had with a ton of choices. Only downside was that parking was $30/day, which I saw no indication of when booking the hotel and wasn't notified until check-in.

I loved how spacious the dining area was with the different stations spread out- very comfortable. The food was delicious. Loved being so close to the Riverwalk. Very clean, nice rooms. I wasn't so sure about the parking conditions. We were lucky to have a parking space but we also didn't drive anywhere. Where did the other guests park? I was disappointed that they didn't have the hot tub in operation knowing that this was the weekend of the solar eclipse. I was looking forward to this since we came from being in snow The staff was very nice to work with.

Overall experience was good. Valet folks are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Rooms are a bit outdated. It would be nice if the pool was heated. The building blocks the sun from warming it naturally and its pretty cold earlier in the year. Hot tub was out of order which was a bummer.

I feel we are not getting the rooms we booked. Now the next stop showd us staying in the 89th st comfort suites...1 mile drive to seawall and i know the rooms we booked were 500ft from seawall. Very disappointing . I don't think we will ever go thru Expedia again.

Very close to the Alamo and the river walk, seems to be a night life any day of the week, free breakfast is offer however due to size of occupancy, the breakfast lounge becomes a feeding frenzy and only open for about 2 hours, smaller facilities in the state offer breakfast for 3 hours

Overall good hotel. I called before vooking to verify the hot tub was working and was told yes. Arrive the next day and its taped off and not working. I was very disappointed as we'd run quite a bit that morning and were looking to soak in the hot tub.

It was a very convenient stay, near to all the places we need it to go. My first no favorable encounter was that the room door was hard open from inside and outside. Only one little trash can in the room, I was staying with teenagers so you know that they are messy. And one night we came in at 1 am, and parking was full, valet was short of personnel and had to wait over 30 mins. I was ready to go to my room. BTW, no free parking for hotel guess.

Traveled with family and small children
Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Check in was at 4 but we werent able to check in until 6:30 because they were short staffed and hadnt cleaned the room yet. The breakfast was extremely busy. They ran out of fruit and pastries. There were long lines for everything and it was really hard to find a table to sit at.
