Very small room and rundown. I also requested a double but instead got a single, so I was told there were no more available.

Nice with great breakfast

Overall it was a nice stay, however I booked this hotel because online it said it had an indoor pool, and it did not. However rooms and building was very clean.

Nice but needs some work

The hotel was nice but you could tell it was old. The wall paper was starting to come off the walls. Only one elevator was working at a time it seemed. Over all the hotel was good.

Nice hotel but didn't accomodate.

Pros: Very nice and clean.
Cons: Bigger rooms
Location: Great location close to six flags, shopping, and not far from down town area.
Stayed there July 4th weekend. Hotel was very nice. I was told that the room would accomodate 4 adults and we walk into the room with only a king size bed. I go down to the front desk and ask for another room. They were completely full. I ask for another bed and they roll in a twin size bed that they call a full size bed that would have been ok if we had two small children. Talked to the night supervisor who gave us a discount. :) Good thing we were only staying a couple of nights.

Poorly Managed

Room not serviced 3 of 5 days until evening and after calling for desk. One evening it was 9 pm. Even then room was poorly done, only put decaf in the coffee setup, and didn't fully clean bathroom. Ceiling in.main public area was water stained and peeling. Couldn't believe this hotel was a Marriott. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Restroom wouldn't flush it wouldn't drain

When room was book by Expedia add said free breakfast and when we got there they said breakfast wasn't included with room

Over all stay

The staff members were rude and argumental about every question that I had. When you enter the hotel immediately you smell a strong odor that is throughout the hotel. One of the elevetors weren't working. The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom had mold including the walls. The towels that given to us had stains. Never again will I stay in this hotel.

Horrible Hotel and Horrible Staff

First of all the hotel staff is unfriendly and disrespectful, they do not listen to what you have to say and cut you off in the middle of a sentence. Second the billing system they have is screwed up, I told them to charge a card and they charged the wrong one, then they took more than what they were supposed to and it took 5 days for them to return it. The hotel was under construction so at 8 am the drills and banging in the walls would wake me up each day, they should not put any guest in a room next to a construction sight, because I wanted to sleep in and I couldnt. I told the staff and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and will never stay again.

Nice place, good location

Hotel was nice but the room we were given had serious AC issues... We were unable to sleep because the AC unit was incredibly loud. We didn't realize it till late so we were not able to ask for a room change.
