Nice room overlooking the Riverwalk. A little to expensive after adding in all the taxes and parking fees.

Wonderful location with a Riverwalk view! We enjoyed the proximity to restaurants. We also appreciated the added touches to provide a great experience for our daughter.

Very nice location - right on the Riverwalk

Posted Jan 23, 2015
We arrived very late,~1am. We unknowingly parked our car in the valet parking area. The parking staff allowed us to stay free until the next day and when we could move it to the public parking across the street. The hotel was great. The food was very good but a bit expensive. At $35 a day the valet parking is prohibitive. The public lot across the street is much less and not that inconvenient. We enjoyed our 5-night stay.

Great location, pretty hotel

Posted Jan 16, 2015
Pros: Very pretty and the location was wonderful!
Cons: the rooms located next to the HVAC units need better insulation so you can't hear it running.
You can't beat the location of this hotel. Just a few steps and you are on the Riverwalk. It is also nice that there is a public parking garage across the street that is $10 a day! Huge difference than the $35/day the hotel charges for valet. We did have a problem with the first room we were in, it was next door to the HVAC unit and there was a soft hum in our room. The very nice maintenance man was quick to come and investigate and try and solve the problem. When it obliviously could not be fixed the front desk changed our room quickly --and just a few doors down. Both rooms were very pretty with comfortable beds and full size hair dryers!

Great location on the Riverwalk

Posted Jan 14, 2015
Pros: Great staff, clean rooms, showers were hot and nice pressure. Room overlooking the riverwalk was quiet but, this is the off season.
Cons: I don't like having to pay for wifi and use of the business center after paying for a nice hotel like this one.
Location: Walking distance to an array of restaurants, bars, historic sites and of course the Alamo.
Excellent stay. Took a few days to relax on the riverwalk. Easy access to attractions along the riverwalk. Use the parking garage across the street to avoid the high parking fee at the hotel.
