Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade

Everything was wonderful. The staff treated me like I was a queen and any requests I made were followed through without making me feel like a nuisance. The ONLY thing I did NOT like was that the people next door to me were being ungodly loud and it took almost an hour for someone to come and ask them to quiet down. After someone did, they were quiet. Unfortunately, I had to wake up two hours later and lost an hour and a half sleep of my planned three and a half hour sleep session. Other than that, the stay was GREAT. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

The hotel room smelled very badly from smoke. It was almost intolerable. I ordered room service and the food was horrible. The plumbing was very loud whenever someone used the sink or toilet. Housekeeping was loud in the hallway. No usually what I expect from the Omni.

The hotel seemed a bit short of staff the afternoon we arrived. My wife and I went to the restaurant just before their closing time (15 min). C.J. was fantastic in taking care of us. I wanted a beer with my Taco Soup but the bar staff was not available. She went above and beyond to get that beer for me. She was successful in the end. I think the hotel should anticipate that some people might like an adult beverage with their lunch.

Just a couple of misses. I guess there were computer issues and 2 reps had try to get our room. Meanwhile, they did offer complimentary drinks at the bar. That was nice after our long drive. We were charged for wireless. We had signed up for the Omni family form and this was supposed to be free. We did get it taken off the bill. Cookies and milk were delivered to our room with a note about 2 cookies and a milk. Only one cookie was delivered. Not a big deal at all, but when you have children, it makes a difference. The only other thing is that there were no firm pillows in the room. It would be nice if 1/2 were firm and 1/2 were soft. All in all, it was a very very nice experience.

Is not so cool like the omni in phoenix, this one is ok. My only complain is that the room and the bathroom are too small, maybe if u go by ur self is great but even if u go with ur couple is too small.

The staff was great, they made a special effort to make sure my two year old enjoyed here stay. They even brought a milk and cookie up to our room right before bed time. We were pleasantly surprised. The pool's were great, the room was nice. It's was a very family friendly hotel and experience.

Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade Staff was NOT friendly to deaf people. Especially the security guy. HE. DOESNT WANT TO ASSIST ME. Bad customer service!! So does the staff. A ataff was pretty much idiot Bed were too small for three people. Had to bring in air mattress for one of us to sleep on No comments about referring a friend to omni san antonio hotel at the colannde That's the TRUTH!!
