Front desk staff was nice. Hotel looks decent over all, but it is old and the nearby train that comes thru like 5 times a night is LOUD. The room seemed cleanish, but when we got in to the room it smelled like a skunk was the previous guest. Leaving the air on for a few hours while we were gone helped w/that. Also the room was not too clean - pillow cases smelled like they were last washed 6 months ago and had who knows what allergens on them that got me all stuffed up. Also one of the members of my party got a staple in her foot from the carpet. Overall this hotel served the purpose to have a place to crash for one night, but not sure I'll stay here again.

No housekeepingPosted May 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
I loved the free breakfast and the front desk was very nice. The only thing I have bad to say is housekeeping never came by to clean our room.

Pros: Not much at all...
Cons: Everything - tear it down and rebuild it... (not being sarcastic - really honest)
Location: Location is not very easy to get too. Not much around there. I choose it because I needed to access Austin and a few other locations.
1. Walked in room - urine on toilet seat... 2. A/C not working 3. We shown (4) other rooms - A/C's not really working in any of them. 4. Too late in the day to find another hotel - they re-cleaned room - A/C working poorly - too tired to move again. 5. Next day saw A/C repair going on - Next nite A/C working great (didn't say A/C's were having problems...) 6. After A/C and room cleaned - an OK stay - I won't stay at one again.
