“Not Impressed at all”
I was happy to stay at a well known chain, which received great reviews. I was disappointed to walk in to a dimly lit, dungeon like hotel. The person behind the counter was friendly, and fast. However, when I found my room, I was extremely nervous. The door frame looked as though someone had tried to pry it open, and was bent. I immediately asked to be moved to another room, and the girl downstairs was very nice about it. I was moved 3 rooms down. I went to take a bath to find the tub was more suited for a 5 year old. It was extremely small, and stained. As was the toilet. When I ordered takeout from a well known chain, I called downstairs to ask if housekeeping could bring up some silverware. I was told that no one else was there. This was at around 830pm. While the people were friendly, I strongly feel that this hotel needs to be updated, and needs more staff to handle the needs of their guests.

Very good experience over all. Clean room. Cozy pillows and confortable bed. Breakefast was OK. Personnel was nice. I will definitely stay again in this hotel. The location good (20 mins downtown Sn Antonio). Restaurants nearby.

I have to come back to San Antonio another few times for medical treatment and I will be staying here again! The staff was friendly and helpful and accommodated all of my requests. The room was clean and spacious and the amenities were all very nice. Couldn't have asked for or expected more and what a great price!
“Convenient, friendly,enjoyed our stay”
We spent 3 nights and were happy with everything. It was conveniently located next to 2 major freeways but was far enough away from them that it was quiet. The staff was VERY accomodating. Breakfast was good, pool was nice, a comfy bed with down pillows, room was spacious. Absolutely no complaints. We especially enjoyed the deer who came for their early morning hand-out at breakfast time!!
