Convenient

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Restaurants were close . Room service apparently decided to put do not disturb sign on our door to avoid refreshing the room while we were gone - fire station very near - sirens were loud

Sleepless!

Posted Jul 21, 2014
The room had a terrible smell, we ask the clerk about this problem he told us since we booked third party we would have to take it up with them. As if the smelly room wasn't enough it was dirty, the bedding had holes and smelled just like the room....terrible, the carpet I don't think had been vacuumed. The free breakfast area is dirty as well. The last thing this hotel is across the street from a FIRE STATION!

Do not stay here

Posted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Shut it down
Location: Someone came by the room a slipped a menu down the door. After that I did not feel safe.
Crumbs in bed, dead bugs in restroom, dirty walls, smelled bad, and beds claimed to be queen but we measured them and they were the size of a full size bed.

Pleasantly decent, but tight on supplies.

Posted Jun 27, 2014
Pros: Good location and in decent shape - Recently updated.
Cons: Staff friendliness and door and gate locking policies leave a lot to be desired.
Location: Close to SeaWorld and not far from lots of shops and restaurants.
We stayed 5 days while at a convention and I asked (by note) that housekeeping take back decaf and leave extra regular coffee on the first day. Each day we had no toiletries with 1 extra coffee (on days I would leave a note) and I would need to go to the front desk for shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Just took the uumph from the experience. I would probably stay again, but rate low again unless they managed a little more friendliness with staff and the daily supplies. Quick example of staff lack luster experience- arrived at locked door of back entrance with staff standing at door at 5:58am and door unlock is at 6am. She hesitated well beyond a comfortable time to process if she should unlock the door 2min early...

Pictures are misleading

Posted Jun 24, 2014
Pictures are very misleading! It's a good 20 minute drive to SeaWorld. I didn't feel comfortable being there..didn't care for that side of town either. We couldn't seem to keep the room cool enough. Only thing good about my stay was the very friendly hotel staff. We went to eat breakfast and there was NOwhere to sit so we walked to Denney's which was excellent!! Stay at Holiday Inn near SeaWorld off 151.
