Good hotel

Posted Apr 6, 2014
I would definitely recommend this place to others. The room was very clean and there was space to move around. The bathrooms were clean and it was very quiet. We unfortunately had to leave within the night bc of an emergency but the people were very caring and understanding. Awesome place.

What you would expect

This hotel was conveniently located near the AT&T Center, but it was easy to get down to the Riverwalk area. The room was clean, big enough, and they have free wifi, although it was a little slow. You can hear some noise from the highway, but it didn't really bother us.

Wrong hotel

Posted Mar 30, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff
Location: We asked for a hotel near the Alamo but the one we were given was across town
We were booked at a hotel across town, The hotel staff was pleasant enough, but the experience was unnecessary

The most horrible hotel i had ever stayed.

Posted Mar 25, 2014
Pros: Nothing! Absolutely nothing
Cons: Everything needed to be improved.
I was extremely disappointed when I walked into my room. It smelled like trash and the floor looked like it had never been cleaned for months. The staff charged me $20 extra for having two friends staying over the night although it was a two bed room. The water was cold and running slowly. The Internet was not working at all. The breakfast area was small, ill-equiped, and nasty. They only had one waffle-making thing. They only had a few cheap types of cereal. The apples were old. There were not enough butter, breads, and milk. Everything was horrible!

No hot water!

Posted Mar 19, 2014
Got to hotel to find it is not like pictured on website. Room smelled badly. No towels in room so I called down to front desk and he actually said for me to come get towels. Back breaking beds. I was so scared to lay in bed I laid out my clothing to lay on instead. Then my son age 10 needed shower and no hot water. He was shaking. It was in the 50s and miserable.

Very friendly and fast check in. Everyone was very nice and always asked if we needed anything for our room. Very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay and close to the attractions in down town San Antonio. Thank you, Lisa S.

Redroof inn

The neighborhood felt unsafe, the room was dirty. It looked like someone took a shotgun to the window curtains. The sheets were stained and when I brought it too the attention of Managment it went in resolved.

Bad because everything was old and dirty

Posted Mar 14, 2014
We were not pleased with our stay. The room was dirty and old. The bathroom had mold we left early in the morning and our room wasn't clean until we came back at 4 pm.
