Very helpful staff.

Pros: hotel staff was extremely helpful. the room was flooded at no fault of the hotel, but they stepped up and helped take care of my family relocate.
Cons: see above.
Location: was able to drive to the base and attractions near by.
hot tub was lacking The timer did not appear to work,. half the jets did not work. Our bathroom had mold on the walls from recent water break. Pull out sofa was broke.

Great hotel location for my business trip

Very comfortable facility and very welcoming! Very hot breakfast awaiting you in the morning and they even had an evening dishes and treats on Monday to Wednesday. Nice restaurants close by.

Nice hotel close to Lackland Air Force base.

Pros: The staff was AMAZING & the rooms were clean.
Cons: The couch & chairs in the rooms were very worn & should be replaced.
Location: The hotel is half way between the airport & Lackland Air Force base which was what we needed. It rained the whole time so I'm not sure what's around.
We went for my grandsons graduation from the Air Force.This hotel was just what we needed. The breakfast was aways ready by the time we left in the morning & they had a simple buffet dinner which included beer, wine & soda(which was not mentioned when we booked) when we returned at night.

Nice Hotel , Good location

Pros: nice room, nice pool, and nice fitness center
Cons: Room did have a couple cosmetic issues in the bathroom.
Location: good location, lots of restaurants nearby, and close to six flags, and seaworld.
The hotel is nice, and the room was a lot nicer than I thought it would be. There were a few minor cosmetic issues that need attention, but over all nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice heated indoor pool with hot tub, and a very nice fitness room, equipped with free weights, and cardio equipment. Nice breakfast each morning with plenty of seating.

Location: Lots of restaurants, 18 theatre cinema right beside it, shopping mall within one mile.
Loved the room, the employee's were on task and very helpful. Clean, Friendly environment!

Deben mejorar limpieza

Estuve 11 días y NUNCA aspiraron la habitacion. Hacían una limpieza muy superficial. Las habitaciones son muy agradables, el desayuno incluido regular deben variar mas el menu, el wifi falla mucho, en general creo que les hace falta mejorar lo referente a mantenimiento general de instalaciones y limpieza.

Residence Inn by Marriott - ok experience!

Here is the pros: good location, 1 bedroom suite is very nice and comfortable for 4 people, kitchen is awesome, pool is very hot but good for kids (we were there in December), breakfast is delicious, free parking. Cons: pool is too hot for adults, customer service is really not that great :( like REALLY (I had a major issue, don't have time for details), carpet in the room is really dirty, bed and pillows are not very comfortable - couldn't sleep the first night.

Very nice hotel for the price!

Overall a good experience. The hotel was pretty new but had a lot of broken things (dishwasher, bathroom light, towel hanger). The hotel states that it is close to Seaworld but it is about a 10-15 minute drive from Seaworld.

We were a late check-in and were very tired. The man at the desk went way out of his way to make sure we were in our room quickly and had everything we needed. Good hotel and great service!!
