“Very comfortable and super clean!!!”

Loved this hotel because it was smoke free and felt like home. The beds were comfortable and it smelled wonderful. The atmosphere was great

“San Antonio”

The rug in our first room was soaked with what the manager said was water from rug shampoo at 430 pm check in. Our kids got soaked with I guess chemicals. No apologies just told us to move to a room down the hallway. No help with bags. The second room was smelly and the tv didn't work (turned out not to be plugged in) and the door to the water heater was open and unlocked. Our kids of course were the first to find it and I had to go back to front desk to ask someone to lock it. Breakfast was nothing special eggs are the pre-made mix type no flavor. Kids liked the cereals

“Great hotel with awesome amenities”

This is a different type of hotels. They don't have room service, there isn't a bellhop, and no concierge service. But what they do have will make your stay completely satisfying. They don't charge for internet access like a high end hotel. They don't charge for parking. They have an indoors pool, free full breakfast, shuttle to all the destinations around town, and super nice friendly people who bend over backwards to help you out. The our family would stay here and other Residence Inn from now on. Their bed was way better than my bed at home! The sheets have high thread count and the towels were thick and soft. Instead of staying right on the riverwalk for 2 or 3 time the price. Check out this Inn and save your money for all the fun San Antonio has to offer!

“Frustrated”

I only ask that if you have a hotel reservation it should be honored, and if they are needing to change something they should call you, especially when they have your information to do so. It would have saved a lot of time and frustration on our part if they would have done so. I love Marriott Residence Inns and have never had a problem with them before. We love them on long trips, this just happened to be a one night deal. But was very frustrating when we came in from a very long day and did not get the room that we reserved. They did comp the room for us, which exceeded my expectations for compensation.

“Great place to stay”

The staff were warm and welcoming. We had a difficult time getting there (traffic & sick babies), but when we arrived we felt at ease. Great place - wonderful staff - really good breakfast - and ease getting around the city.
