“Excellent stay!”

The hotel was clean, nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and they have a great selection on the complimentary breakfast. The images I saw on the website were exactly what I got. There were no surprises.

Hotel is right next to a big Target store and right next to a $6 park and ride bus down to downtown to the riverwalk, so you don't have to park.

The rooms are very clean and very spacious. The bed is the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in, in a while! I was very satisfied with my stay and I believe that you will too!

This hotel has awesome service. If you ask them to jump, they ask how high. Was unsatisfied at different hotel and they took care of me. Great ammenities. Awesome Continental Breakfast. Pleasing Employees. I Will never stay anywhere else again while in San Antonio. They Really know what Customer Service is all about.

“Looking forward to staying again”

The room was exactly what I needed. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable and luxurious with all the pillows. The bathroom was on the small side but functional and clean. The only problems I encountered was that the blow dryer did not work and I had to call the front desk due to battery going out on TV remote which they promply replaced with new batteries. Breakfast was great! I didn't expect such a vast array of food on the breakfast menu and since it's served til 11:00 am you can sleep late and still catch breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. Everyone was very courteous and friendly.

“Springhill Suites is the way to go!”

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. It was one of those Temperpedic (sp) beds. The only complaint that we have is the cleanliness. The top sheet on the bed had a spot on it. The shower curtain had dried up shampoo or conditioner on it and the wall of the shower had wisker remnants on it from a previous customer. The second night we had them change the sheets for us but were not successful in getting the shower curtain and walls cleaned while we were there. Overall the stay was wonderful and for the price, we got a really good deal.

“Enjoyed our stay here”

We visit San Antonio 1-3 times a year (for the past 6 years), and this is the only hotel that I liked enough to want to stay in again. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was great with a plan B for seating when the dining area is full, and the overall appearance of the hotel was nice. Most of all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Needless to say, we will definitely book this hotel again!
