Hotel extremadamente sucio e incomodo.

Pros: Nada
Cons: Indiscutiblemente deben mejorar en limpieza, es imposible si quiera pasar una noche en este hotel.
El hotel estaba asqueroso, las toallas estaban tan sucias como si hubieran trapeado con ellas, el baño estaba asqueroso por todos lados, la cortina olía a pipi y estaba amarilla; la cama se doblaba y rechinaba toda la noche. No pude terminar mi estancia en este hotel es totalmente inaceptable. No deberían ni siquiera de tenerlo en la lista de Expedia. Muy decepcionante.

Comfortable Stay

We booked 2 rooms and they made sure we had rooms right next door to each other to make it easier as we traveled as a group. The front desk worker was very helpful in re-programming my card for one of the rooms when it somehow became deactivated.

Close to sea world

First night -no air conditioning-roaches-no top sheets- no blankets -dirty towels-moved 2nd night -no room service that day -men smoking in entrance.breakfast almost gone by 8:30- would have moved but couldn't afford an EXTRA hotel bill-spend a few $ more -definatly not worth the savings

This hotel was probably the nastiest thing I have ever stayed in. I understand budget but rotten food under the bed is unacceptable. The whole room was a dissapiotment. From the dirty towels and linen hanging in the bathroom to the three pillows flat as paper on the king size bed. I will NEVER go back! YOU shouldn't either!

Key cards kept deactivating so we couldn't get in w out having to go to the lobby and getting them reset ..they don't provide towels..they don't have housekeeping clean daily..the way we left the room that morning was the way we came back to it at night ..I had reserved 2 nights but I only stayed one night n left :(

Carpet had stains, hallway smelled, bathroom doorknob broken, blankets had stains and the fridge smelled like rotten milk.

We were in room 107 the windows were broken felt very unsafe and did not get any sleep. There was no breakfast in the morning only coffee. We choose this hotel because it stated that it was 8 miles from the Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center and it almost 15 miles. We did call the hotel management all they said that it was different owners and they were remolding the rooms. I told them if you knew we needed a room why not choose one that at least the windows are not broken on the first floor. Just not satisfied with the responds or the stay.

Stink....and look like a old old place....the carpet is dirty. I don't like this place.
