Travelled with 4 children. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool is in 3rd floor, although we could not go as it was a bit cold and raining. Breakfast was great, had variety and a lot of fruit and other healthy snacks. The hotel is very close to a lot of venues. Has an enclosed area for parking however, may be very limited and may have to find parking in front of hotel next to some restaurants. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

The water from the shower was either too hot or too cold. They didn’t acommodate for it nor compesate for it. When I called them, they hung up on me. I had always have a great experience there until now.

Recently remodeled. Ge stainless steel microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and 2 burner radiate heat stove top. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishware and silverware. 2 New Samsung HDTVS I believe they are 50 inch. 1 in living room and 1 in bedroom.Cable was also high definition.COLD and I mean real cold A/C in living room and bedroom. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Instantaneous hot water and plentiful. Pool was heated and wonderful. Our new hotel when visiting San Antonio. Book this hotel you will not be disappointed..

This property had a lot of out of order signs, coffee pot, an elevator which made wait times extremely long, and the front door entrance card reader for after hours. There was also a cockroach called front desk and they sent someone to spray bug spray. I will not be returning or referring this hotel to anyone.

This is a very nice suite hotel in a great suburban location. Unfortunately Expedia made an error booking us into a standard king suite when we booked a handicapped accessible suite. Since a handicapped accessible suite was not available we decided to try the standard suite. This worked out very badly due to lack of handicapped bathroom so we moved to another hotel the next day. We had some difficult finding the hotel due to limited signage.

The room was dirty. The dishes had visible dusty on them and needed to be washed prior to use. The room needed maintenance. The doors to the bathroom and bedroom had painted peeled off the doors and needed to be cleaned and repainted. Two of the three elevators were out of order.

We stayed here for 3 nights for our son's BMT graduation. Although checkin and checkout was easy; close to airport, that was about all that was good. Our room was set at 75, we turned it down to 70 & the AC never kicked on. Our room eventually reached 79. Our towels were never replenished during the day. Room seemed very used with dings and marks on the wall and floor.

We had a great experience at Staybridge. Only issue was one working elevator. The room was clean and very pretty but the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased by the size and cleanliness of our room. The parking left much to be desired but it was easy access to everything in San Antonio. Our bathroom sink was as clogged and held water for several minutes. The free breakfast was extremely well appointed. Would book again.

Nice older place. Needs some updating. Had hard time finding it because its tucked in off of frontage road with only one entrance. Breakfast at 9am sunday was picked over and person couldn't keep up. No plastic forks and no juices were available. Taste was good however. Room was plenty of space. Loved that. Would stay there again.

Crackhead kept coming into the lobby to get free water/coffee. Staff had a shouting altercation with him, resulting in water being thrown, profanity, etc. Was scary. Sitting in the lobby for an hour and a half waiting on my room to be ready, I had a front row seat to the crackhead show.

We had the 1 bedroom suite room, room and bed was comfortable. Down side is that we found a used condom in the closet, bedroom TV wouldnt work, and the smell of pot going inside the room as it is. Bed also had blood stains - they mentioned they would refund deposit but havent releases funds in 7 days after our stay. The front desk person showed concern about our complains but thats it.
