Pros: easy access
Cons: no pool available
Location: easy access and close to a lot restaurant locations
It was nice for the price, I would of prefer a non-smoking room but that was the only room available other than that it was ok

Dissapointed customer

Posted May 9, 2012
Pros: location
Cons: The smell
Location: perfect
First of all when you walked in the room it smelled like smoke so I had to spray air freshener for the room to smell better. Second the bathtubs water was running all night and had broken tile that obviously needed to be replaced. Thank god it was only for one night that we were there.

Not happy

Posted Mar 16, 2012
Pros: landscaping was nice
Cons: a Kitchen was a must for my vacation, but this kitchen was simply not as expected. there were not pans(skillets) available..
Location: Location was good, it was located by the frontage. It had easy access on and off freeway
Air conditioner not cooling, kitchen refrigerator not cooling. I got a room with 2 queen beds. kitchen table with 2 chairs and dishes for 3 people. No pan available for cooking, only pots. when I made the reservation, i was told that my two rooms would be close to each other or down the same hall. When I was given my rooms, they were in 2 different sections of the hotel across a parking lot. I was not very happy at all with this hotel. I did call the office to let them know about the a/c and they did come in the following morning to fix it, but the a/c remained the same. I did not call the office anymore about the a/c because I was told there weren't any other rooms to get moved to because they were booked.

Enjoyed my stay

Posted Feb 23, 2012
Pros: The nice, soft bed.
Cons: The room next to mine had a problem with the door locking. The guest kept slamming it, but that's not the hotel's fault.
Location: Within a mile of a grocery store and Wal Mart, both well within walking distance. Bus stops are practically right outside the hotel.
The room could have been cleaner, but a little dust is to be expected in San Antonio. The room heater was not working and I reported it. The next day, the maintenance technician offered me another room. He needed to get parts for it. Since the night was not cold and I had already unpacked, I stayed. He came the next morning and repaired the heater, which worked fine after that. The mattress was new and was extremely comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom shower showed its age, but it was clean. The maintenance man came in near the end of my stay and explained that the hotel was about to remodel several rooms. I guess the bathrooms will be updated. The room has a kitchenette, dishes, silverware and cookware. This was especially helpful. The internet was easily accessed with the hotel's code, which changes every Friday morning. I wish I'd had the money to stay longer. The staff is friendly and the hotel is nice.
