Smokers Paradise

Inside the hotel, even though it said no smoking everywhere, stunk like a Vegas casino. We were in a non-smoking room and we could still smell smoke. There were also countless people smoking all around the outside of the hotel... The beds and pillows were also really firm and uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean but that was about it.

Good freeway access

Pros: We liked the proximity to the event venue at San Manuel. The staff was very courtesy, friendly and quite helpful. Rooms were clean for the most part.
Cons: This hotel is definitely in dire need of an update! It's stuck in the 1980's and needs help soon .... VERY SOON! Bedding was cheap too.
Location: Right off the freeway and close to San Manuel Amphitheater.
Comfortable hilltop view hotel right off the freeway that is convenient to several gas stations, light shopping and a few restaurants. Only 3 miles from the San Manuel Amphitheater! Quiet area. The room was nice but overall, the hotel needs some TLC. The staff works hard to keep it clean but everything is OLD and very dated. They still have tube TV's! The room had a nice veranda to step out and take in the view but no furniture to sit on outside. There is a pool and hottub area but we didn't have time visit that. It appeared clean and well maintained. Parking is generous and included in the room fee. We received free wi-fi on the hotel property. Overall a good stay for us. You hear a little noise from the floors above but nothing that kept us awake at night. There is little to no freeway noise heard inside too which was good.

Clean, quite, second class hotel.

Easy access to highway. Parking was limited. Friendly daytime staff. Old but clean linens and towels. Old TV. No mini fridge. Located at top of hill with nice views. Gas and food close by.

Horrible stat

Cons: Everything!!!
Location: Gas station and couple of places to eat close by
The room stunk, the pool was drained, we complained to the front desk about loud noise from other rooms.. Nothing was done.. It was dirty... Unpleasant stay!! Never again

Disapointed

Pros: The included continental style breakfast was nice, and the room it was served in was bright and clean.
Cons: Major maintenance and remodeling.
Location: Mex grill restaurant in front of hotel was pretty good. Lots of stripmalls nearby with good food selection. Close to freeway.
Rooms show extreme wear. Example: Bathroom tiles were painted over and the paint is peeling off, light switches equipped with motion sensors don't work and are visibly/obviously broken. The door connecting to adjoining room was broken and unable to be locked. When I complained and raised my safety concern. I was told the neighboring rooms door was permanently sealed and couldn't be opened. How am I supposed to know that's true? All exits are alarmed or locked so you have to go all the way to the front door of the hotel to get in and out. Hallways are dimly lit and unattractive. If I was alone and crashing for the night it would have been fine. But I'd never take my family there until they make some improvements.

The worst place ever..

Pros: Location
Cons: At least the staff to be trained and know how to act with this kind of situations.
Location: The location was perfect a lot of restaurants near by
It smelled horrible. It smelled worst than a casino where people smoke. When I told the staff I was checking out after 30 min the guy in the front desk just took my key and said ok have a good night. He didn't even tried to fix the problem I know is not his fault but at least try to make it right.

Not the best

I understand this is not a Hilton but the hotel had a lot of repairs needed. Also we got a smoke free room, but the whole entire floor smelled like smoke. The ice machine was not working. The staff was very friendly and nice.

Just being Honest.

This place could use a remodel its quite old looking and feeling. The algae green pool and spa was gross. And this is the first hotel I've stayed at with only one way into and out of the building, all the side/rear entrances were closed, very inconvenient.
