“Better than expected”
We used this hotel as a stop over during a long trip. It was much better than expected. The room was clean and warm when we arrived. Also the coffee in the morning was enough to get us started with our day until we got to a good breakfast stop. Located next to Ihop, Old Spaggetti Factory. Can beat it for the price.
“Super comfortable”
This hotel was so comfortable. The beds were very cozy. The gentleman that helped us was so nice. He made me feel very good eventhough I had just had the worst day of my life.
“Noisy, right next to I-10”
It was noisy, it's right next to I-10. We could hear the people in the room next door, clear as a bell, and the people above us were walking around and slamming doors all night, didn't get much sleep. It was the cheapest hotel in Redlands.
“need more front desk helpers.”
Check-in time is 2pm, there was a line more than 10 people waiting to check in and only one front desk person to do the paperwork , and this is the third time I saw it. Most hotels never took you more than 20 minutes to check in,,this one always took 30 min to 1 hr .
“Not the worst, not the best”
We stayed at the Good Nite Ind for 1 night while travelling from Las Vegas to San Diego. It was an OK hotel for the price, but I would probably spend a little more next time. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. It was relatively clean. The walls, however, were paper thin. We could hear the people next door talking in the night. When the phone rang in their room, it was loud enough that I looked at our phone to see if it was ringing. When they blow dried their hair at 7 am, it woke my husband up. They have a pool and hot tub, but I didnt get to use them. When we arrived at night there was a couple inside the hot tub. When I looked at it in the morning, there were some things floating in there so I didnt want to try it. The pool was closed in the morning for a short while for maintenance, but I just had time for a quick dip so I didnt get to try that either. Looks pretty ok though. The location is convenient - it is right off the highway - but there really isnt too much going on. There are a few restaurants nearby, but they closed too early for us to try. We wound up just eating at the IHOP. Seems like a great location if your just passing through (like we were), but I can't see it being a vacation destination.
“Not too great”
Not a great experience.
“Less than 2 star...”
Sheets and blankets were disgusting, room service brought new sheets but not comforter, so we had to sleep with only the sheets.
“Kind of sad”
We used to use this motel alot and it was a real value for our money. They have really let it go. The room was pretty clean as far as the linens and most everything else, but the carpet was discustingly dirty and we killed a few roaches during our 2 nite stay. The noise was almost unbareable, we were kept awake 'til the wee hours of the morning. Almost decided to go to another motel, but that was even more of an inconvenience. The fridge made a loud high pitched noise most of the time. I hope they show a little love to this place before it becomes a no tell motel. The staff was great and friendly and appologetic at the right times. I don't think we'll ever go back again unless some changes are made.
“Bad Service”
At first everything seemed fine (I mean for the fact you are paying little to nothing). But We paid for Non-smoking and the Smoking was below us. When people smoked it wafted in through the cracks in the AC and the door!!!! I am pregnant and have a 1yr old and quite frankly I am upset!!! Also, They put our key down as three days instead of four, so not only did I get locked out and have to wait in line for 20minutes to get my key renewed, but then the maid never serviced our room for that day!!!! Never staying there again. If you expect nothing stay here. If you expect to have at least what they claim, dont stay here.
“Best value and will stay again soon!”
This hotel was good for the price. I have no complaints. Only had one problem. The box spring looked like someone spilled on it and the maid forgot to put a sheet over it. When we told them, they fixed it. The rooms were pleasant otherwise and the staff was real nice and helpful. You can't expect more for the price. It is a good place if you are just looking for a clean, cheap place to crash. Also, there were no bedbugs! I was happy about that.
