“Not Impressed”
Room was not tidy at all
“really nice hotel.”
well the hotel itself was about 5 miles away from the venue we went too. its just too bad that there wasn't a lot of taxi cabs by the end of the night. but overall the hotel was clean.

Not what I was expecting being so close to a sports complex.
“Bring your Own Sheets & flip flops”
Poor, customer service, There was no one at the front desk upon arrival; we had to wait 10-15min before someone showed up! Check in was at 1pm, we arrived at 1:30 & we still had to wait 20 min for our room to be ready. Mind you we were in a hurry to drop our stuff off, to get to a concert on time!! The room over all “looked” clean, but it sure didn’t feel like it was, the sheets smelled humid, like they were left in the dryer wet, a little too long, the carpet was gross, bring flip flops, I wouldn’t recommend stepping on that carpet barefoot, luckily i had extra socks. i usually stay at Holiday Inns, and by far this one it the Nastiest one i have ever stayed in!! Oh and the kicker, i booked and extra stay day to hang out by the pool and it was out of service!! LAME!
“Best place in town and best price.”
Food places are very close. Rooms are small but clean. Staff are helpful at all times.
“Not impressed”
The location is in a rundown neighborhood, although convient to movie theater and restaurants. While the bed was unexpectedly comfortable, the carpet was dirty - looked like oil stains as though lots of truckers might have used it. The price was reasonable. We probably would not stay there again.
“Good for the price”
Considering how cheap this place is its not a bad place to stay. The room was small but clean. Had a problem with the room key but the staff was very helpful and resolved the problem quickly. Its in a quieter part of San Bernardino but there is a grocery store nearby and a mini fridge in the room which was nice. I would recommend this place.
