“really nice hotel.”

well the hotel itself was about 5 miles away from the venue we went too. its just too bad that there wasn't a lot of taxi cabs by the end of the night. but overall the hotel was clean.

I have family in the area so I have stayed at this hotel before and it's hard to beat the rate. The hotel offers free internet which is important to me. Normally my stay at the hotel is fine, but this trip I was in room 127 and I would avoid that room. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and was hanging from the ceiling. The internet connection (most rooms have a wired connection) was broken, but I was able to get a wireless signal most of the time--Though I had to take my computer to the lobby twice to get the signal. The most irritating thing about my stay was that the toilet flapper didn't seal totally so as the water level in the tank went down, the toilet would refill and it did this about every 5 minutes, all night long. I finally turned the water off at the valve. On the good side the hotel water is very hot--don't scald yourself and there is a small pool if the weather is hot. I will stay at this hotel again, but not in room 127! In my opinion this hotel is better than most of the others in this price range in San Bernardino.

The location is in a rundown neighborhood, although convient to movie theater and restaurants. While the bed was unexpectedly comfortable, the carpet was dirty - looked like oil stains as though lots of truckers might have used it. The price was reasonable. We probably would not stay there again.

Food places are very close. Rooms are small but clean. Staff are helpful at all times.

Considering how cheap this place is its not a bad place to stay. The room was small but clean. Had a problem with the room key but the staff was very helpful and resolved the problem quickly. Its in a quieter part of San Bernardino but there is a grocery store nearby and a mini fridge in the room which was nice. I would recommend this place.

Provided more amenities than our usual less expensive chain motel, room clean, beds OK with extra pillows, nice having own coffee maker in room; did have two main problems. (1) refrig-erator was not cold enough; temp set on 3 and water in freezer area. (2) Should have warning on mirror referring to tile bathroom floor being slippery. Fell entering bathroom with bare feet; fortunately injury was not serious enough for treatment. Sent letter to General Manager informing of situation. No response as of two weeks from stay.

“Alright for a ONE night stay!!!!”

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and the room was clean. However, the general location of the hotel would give you an uncomfortable feeling if you are alone. We were in our room and heard a noise outside and a woman was cleaning our windowshield - I'm not sure who she was. She didn't bother anything but, when you are vacationing you aren't sure whether people are being helpful by cleaning your windowshield or trying to see what's inside your car. We only stayed one night so it was appropriate for one night.
