The room itself was ok. Clean, but shabby. The bathroom was very cramped. The walls are paper thin, and we could hear everything happening upstairs, or outside our room, making it very hard to sleep. I wouldn't recommend this place for even a quick shuteye.

I did book for 2 queens but got full beds instead. Was too tired to say anything. Not really a breakfast. But over good for an emergency booking.

The woman in the office was great and very accommodating. The property was pretty well maintained. The rooms could have been a little cleaner but we're doable. We had adjoining rooms to accommodate 6 people and were only given two towels and no washcloths. Fortunately we had brought our own. There were some very rowdy and loud neighbors all through both nights that we stayed. Aside from that though you kinda get what you pay for. So we would stay here again i think.

I used the bathroom in my room and it immediately overfilled the commode. I contacted the desk and they said that a prior customer dropped the plastic room key down the toilet. We were given room 111. It was a little better room. Breakfast was a disappointment. McDonald’s is but a few blocks away.

Thank you for submitting your review, Upon checking the room you were in, many outlets were found in room, also we do not advertise breakfast we offer grab n go breakfast, as well as pancakes which is daily from 6am-9am.

It is listed on your site and online other places as breakfast included but once you are there they have signs stating no breakfast or drinks are provided. After we checked in we were unable to get into our room because the keys didn’t work. They were reactivated and still failed to work so we were moved to a new room where we had the same problem. A worker finally had to bring us back to our original room and physically open the door with a master key for us. Luckily the staff was very kind and helpful but it did cause us to be late to our friends wedding. When we returned that night we were once again unable to enter the room and a worker had to let us in again. He himself was having a difficult time getting any key to activate and work on our door. On top of that our bed was broken so when ever we moved during the night it made loud noises and felt like it was about to fall apart which made it difficult to sleep.

The bed was fine. The rest was disgusting.
The service desk was fine but the condition of the rooms were pretty awful. Everything was dirty/sticky and the local area was pretty horrible. The regular tenants made no secrets of their questionable and illegal lifestyles.

The keys would not work properly. It took many swipes to get doors open. Office said it was my fault initially. Lots of noise in facility. Hard to get work done or sleep Bed was ok with lots of pillows. Needed more blankets for those that need it

The room smelled like pine cleaner clean with a dirty mop. A lot of room but there was no space between the bed and wall. The shower did not work. The water didn't work! We had a smoke free room, but the inside door that seperate rooms. That room was a smoking room and smoke smell came into our room.

Very convenient to the I-10. Lots of choices for eating around the hotel with a Dennys right next door. Parking is right outside the door that I love!! The room is clean and basic. Just what you need for a one night stop over.

Floors, bed, shower curtain, towels, floor, counters were all stained and dirty. no amenities other than soaps. For some reason they wont accept a credit card unless its under the same name as the reservation and has to be the same card you used to reserve. breakfast is granola bars. outside is unkept. would not recommend or stay here again.

Didnt get any sleep. People were walking outside our room being loud, arguing. Our phone in room wasnt working so i couldnt call the front desk and complain. I ended up leaving at 230am, couldn't sleep a wink there !

Door was tricky to close and stay closed. It would open back up without a key card. Looks like this place needs to be fixed up. Woke up in morning and shower was filled with water and wouldn’t go down. Locks broken.
