“It works”
The bed has a board masquerading as a mattress. don't turn on the air if you like the clean smell that is present when you first walk in. The air conditioning unit could use a good cleaning. Bring earplugs if you don't like traffic noise. Other than that, clean-ish, safe, functional.
“safe area, plenty of restaurants within walking”
clean room with king size bed, refrigerator, micro wave oven, coffee, hairdryer and breakfast. Neighborhood felt very safe and we took a walk after dinner.
“Not Impressed”
Although the staff was very nice and eager to help, the condition of the hotel was a little rough. Dirty carpets, dirty bathroom floors. Was a little concerned about eating the breakfast there. Fortunately and IHop was in the same parking area.
“Reasonable price, clean rooms, good shower”
Clean, well maintained, nice staff, was upgraded to a king bed room on one occassion.
“San Bernardino's Best Hotel”
The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The staff was very experienced and helpful. We had a very nice stay. Best in SB.

The workers were very nice.
“i was a little worried”
After reading the review that other people had left, I was debating on saying here or paying a little more and just goung with The Hilton. Getting my room was fast, and I had no problems. When I went to check my room out I was surprised at how clean and organized everything was. It was NOTHING like what the other people had warned. I wouldn't mind staying here again.
