Clean, safe and comfortable. Only issue is that it’s in the suburbs and not within walking distance of downtown. However, it’s within walking distance of the metro station so it’s not so bad

The staff are excellent. Pilar is very helpful and sweet. Alberto is very accommodating and respectful. They both arranged our taxis and breakfast needs. We will definitely one back. Metro is very close by.

Its good, near the train station, the mall, only 30 mins on metro away from the center. I wish the beds weren't as firm they were. Other than that I enjoyed my stayed.
