Don't do it!!!

Nothing like was posted on your website. Very disappointed. Advertised as a hotel, but turns out to be a hostel. During our stay the water was turned off for 10hrs.

Just not as it comes to be, the building inside looks dilapidated in some areas. Also, you do not get a price break by booking with a flight it is already cheap enough for a reason.

only the location

I think the hotel was not as good as expected. the room was small. The washrooms were not clean. The receptionists were not very patient with people. The phone inside the room was not working. the TV was too small.

部屋は清潔に保たれているがバスルームが汚れていた。立地は良く空港、トロリーの駅までは直ぐでした。 節約するには良いホテルだと思います。

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, IT IS A HOSTEL

Posted May 3, 2015
Pros: fast check in...but please stand corrected. IT IS NOT A HOTEL!!
Cons: the lift everything else mentioned earlier
Location: great
THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, IT IS A HOSTEL One leads to believe it is a kind of a good deal as the price is reduced. It is a very poor deal!! Do not take it!! If you were to know that it is a hostel, the price could be kind of justified, but still not!!. I have stayed in a hostel close to downtown of Chicago. It stated up front that it was a hostel. it cost about $20 a night. Okay that was in a dormitory...with 12 beds. This one however didn't state it was a hostel, so when you enter the room after having experienced a scary ride up to the 4th floor with an elevator, which probable has its best days behind it..(I took the stairs after that) and you discover that it has the size of a prison cell. I have not experienced that as such... but I can imagine... There is no TV and there is certainly no bathroom...it is like a cell

It's fun to stay at the.......oh this isn't a YMCA

Posted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: It is inexpensive and the staff is pleasant and friendly.
Cons: A number of the bathrooms were out of order so getting all of them online would be good and if this had been a busy weekend it would be problematic
Location: I had a charity event that took up most of my time but it is terribly handy to Little Italy as well as Balboa Park.
The desk staff was good humored and friendly. This is not a luxury hotel but for what it is, it is great. This is a converted YMCA. The rooms are clean and small, and the beds are firm. There is nothing fancy about this place but if you are like me when you are on vacation and want to spend most of your time away from the hotel you will probably like this place. The bed is a extra firm twin. There is a TV but may not be a remote for it. The big plus is the room is clean and I haven't seen any reports of bugs, nor did I experience any problems. You may want to bring a spare pillow and the blanket is a thin blanket so you may need to ask for another one from the front desk. I found it to be perfect for me and for my needs. I will likely stay there again in the future, The building itself is beautiful and the lobby is very spacious.

500 w. Broadway hotel

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: Location.
Cons: Management
Location: Great location to walk to market, convention hall, boating on beach. Beautiful beach and Museum , sport complex, best business place .
Check in was difficult.Car parking measurable.room carpet smells , no towels in room,so went To front desk and pick up two towels. No Air conditioner. Bathroom to share and went to Bathroom filthy. For 3 thing to do in bathroom, like pee, toilet, and shave, I have to go to 3 Different bathrooms, and there is no place to hang towels or cloths in bathroom. If I try to open Window since no AC , cannot open window, feel like will brake into pieces. Mentally disturb People are scary in the hotel.Early morning went for a cup of coffee , then desk says no one there To make coffee. Next day, same thing and 3 rd day some one gave me a cup of coffee.I talk to my wife that there are hotels like this exist in U.S.A ! When I went to check out, desk clerk charge Me $20 more then $210 Expedia quote.I said this dishonesty !l
