“They Bend over backwards to please you, far best place i ever beem.”

Barona valley ranch resort is SERVICE DOG FRIENDLY. I've been there several times. Always been on the casino floor. I rented a room with 3 outer groups of people. (about 3 years ago). at the time the hotel overbooked. as i stood there and overheard the staff we have 5 rooms and 7 groups of people. I spoke to my group and took their reservation numbers and i approached the staff. I told then i think i got the solution to your problem. they listened and they acted upon my resoulition of their problem. The soulition was My group got the suite and the other groups were accomidated. so ive been back 3 times this month. far best place ive ever been.

This was such a beautiful resort. Plean on staying there for the duration because there is nothing else worthwhile in the surrounding area.

Apparently this Indian Reservation Hotel does understand the meaning of customer service. We live within 30 minutes of this hotel. We have been to the hotel/casino a few times for dinner and meeting friends. Don't waste your time at the restaurants- overpriced, food is so-so, and their employees act like you are a just an inconvienence. With all of our experiences, I have to give this hotel, their restaurant, and their facilities a big ZERO! This was our first and last time trying to have a guest stay at their hotel. Done with Barona Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else.
