Pros: clean, minimal, roomy, 2 large mirrors, tv elevated on a wall mount, good sheets, large mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, tissues, nice TP, recessed ceiling lights, pool, hot tub, ice machine, snacks and bottled drinks for sale in lobby, central location, A/C and heat with fan unit
Cons: strip club across the street. Ceiling lights were so bright that I only used the bathroom light. The alarm clock works but the music sounds like they're playing it in Morse code. No carpeting means you can hear everyone walking above and below you. My room door had a huge gap in the frame which let in light from the balcony overheads. Instead of a blanket they use a thin coverlet made to cool your body at night, but that's too cold in winter and regardless of wearing fleece to bed, I woke up cold all night. The fan unit draws air from outside. This means you'll get 50° air every few minutes between the heater turning on and off by the thermostat. There's also a strange wall unit behind the night stand which might be a WiFi range extender, but it blinks a large green light right next to your head all night. They don't serve even coffee or tea in the morning, much less a continental breakfast.
Why I'll NEVER GO BACK: My online reservation was a reasonable rate, but upon check-in, they charged daily maintenance fees (maids are apparently not included in the room fee) and put a 10day $100 hold down (as a security deposit). Someone should explain industry standard charges to the owner.
