“Very nice place to stay”

The hotel is small but centrally located. It is very close to Downtown and the airport. It is not the Hilton, but your basic needs are covered. The room was very clean. The shower was great. Plenty of clean towels and a coffee maker that makes great coffee. The continental breakfast was good and enough to start your day. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and working great. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgable of the area. I will definitely come back when I visit San Diego.

As i said before the hotel stay was a pleasant one close to lots of parks both amusement and state. dinning and shoping close and friendly and imformative staff. My stay here was enjoyable and we will most likely be returning in the summer.

“Exceptional Service”

My husband and I were very Satisfied with the overall cleanliness of the room. With 2 small children with us we were worried about overall safety and cleanliness. Will stay here again and recommend them to all of our family

“Perfect for the price”

You have to be realistic, San Diego is expensive and this hotel wasn't. But you still get a lot of extras (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, continental breakfast, etc.) The room was smaller than what the picture made it out to be. The area is not the best, but there are plenty of food choices. If all you want is a place to crash after running around San Diego all day and want a good price, this is a good hotel to consider.

“Nice for the Price”

Very clean, friendly staff. Never were able to get WiFi. Hot tub was cold and the front desk said they needed to turn it on and could we wait about half hour for it to warm. We checked every half hour for 3 hours and it never got warm, kind of a bummer.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful with everything from hotel needs to recommending places to visit and giving directions.

Very convenient location, my friends were staying close to the convention center and it was super easy to get everywhere.

The room was easy to find and very close to Sea World. The first night I went in the Jacuzzi and it was hot like I like it! I asked for a room near the elevator and my wish was full filled. Staff was very kind and helpful..I will be back..Thanks

“Would stay again”

Spent 5 nights and would stay again..the last day I asked for a late check-out and was told no problem..I was able to spend one last day in San Diego and still shower and pack before having to fly out(4pm)...The Staff was very nice a few could use a lesson about how to smile :-)...The only area where they could improve is the Breakfast It would be nice if they added cereal or fruit to the offering. If you are looking for a Resort type place don't stay here if you want something close to everything this is the place to stay Beach ( Ocean Beach/Pacific Beach/Sea World/Kolby Swap Meet (huge) a block away. I even needed the battery changed in the TV remote @ 2:30 AM and the girl at the front desk brought them right up to the room..now thats going outta your way to earn someones future business. Stay here or don't, but if you do you will have a good time.
