Thank you for the feedback, we clean our rooms after evey use, we have well over 100 rooms, however we take blocks of rooms and take them out of commission and deep clean them as well as shampoo the carpets, we will check out the room that you stayed in and add it to our list sooner to ensure that our hotel is comfortable and clean. As far as our Coffee, we have complimentary coffee pods in each individual room in single servigs, and for the Breakfast and lobby, we have a Nestle Coffee Dispenser, we have tested it and we feel it is a good product, we really do not hear anything to the contrary, however we are very sorry and understand that we cannot plese everyone, thank you for sharing your experience, it means a great deal to us and we wish you the best in yrou future travels.
