“Great Location with on-site parking!”
Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Location was absolutely fantastic, close to the "gaslamp" district and Horton Plaza, shops and restaurants galore. Seaport Village, Convention Center and harbor were all easy walks. Best of all, we had parking for our motorcycles right outside our door, a neighborhood market across the street for beer, wine and snacks....no complaints and will stay there again. Great price value for downtown San Diego.
“"Nice, small motel, good location, nice free breakfast"”
This is a nice, clean, small motel, centrally located, within walking distance of the downtown, trolly tour pick-up. They have a complete free breakfast each morning. The staff is very good and friendly.
“samantha”
the people were nice, the place was clean. did not spend to much time there but the time that ispent there was nice. it is quite for the most part no yelling or anything.
“Really nice!”
A great place to stay in SD. Staff was super friendly. Will stay there again if we return to SD.
“Great little place”
What a great little place! Friendy staff, great rooms, parking and breakfast. Its only minutes from the Gaslamp quarter and really easy to find. I wouldn't waste your money staying anywhere else.
“We were very pleased with this choice of a hotel”
The hotel is a nicely refurbished Spanish style older place with patios and pretty potted plants everywhere. Our room had a wood floor. The hot breakfast every morning was scrambled eggs and a different breakfast meat each day: bacon, sausage, or Canadian bacon, and daily we had three kinds of bread or bagels to toast, oj, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, coffee cakes and muffins. Parking costs $10/day, so it's best to take a taxi from the airport. Public buses and trollies are four blocks away and made getting to Balboa Park, the Maritime museum, and Old Town a snap. Other than that the TV could have had a better picture, we thought that the place and service were very good and the location is excellent.
