“"Above Average Best Western"”

We didn't want to pay that much for a room and we needed something close to Sea World so we stayed at the Best Western Seven Seas. When we arrived the check-in process was quick. We had a room towards the back. The room was clean, but small. The two problems we had were the toilet kept running and the kids upstairs were making a lot of noise the next day in the early morning.The pool was amazing it was a good size and heated. They had two jaquizzi's, but the one next to the pool was more tolerable as far as temperature wise. They also had a work out room with TV's, but you couldn't hear the sound. The bar was small. They had a jute box and a pool table in one room and additional seating in the next room. They had a cafe on site, but we did not eat there because it was too pricey. I would definitely stay there again, but next time request a room on the second floor.

“good for the price”

It was comfortable for spending the night only. the room is too small to spend time in it for anything other than sleeping. The fridge in the room was a plus for us. Good location for visiting all the sights .... max 15 minutes to everything except for wild animal park which is quite far from the city anyway.

“Easy and convenient for families~”

Easy parking. Clean and quiet rooms. Tropical, well groomed grounds. Simple pool area next to bar and restaurant makes it easy to watch the kids and relax. Nice work out facilities next to pool with windows so you can still keep an I on the kids while you work out. Restaurant is easy for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. Every day there are menu's from delivery services stuffed under the door. Ignor them. We used the phone book and called City Pizzeria for New York style pizza and good salads. The delivery was never more than 45 minutes and the food was excellent. The security was excellent and felt very safe on the grounds and in the rooms.

Only the restaurant was not that good, but all in all it is a great place to stay in.

We were satisfied with our accomadations. For the price, the hotel was clean, convient, and we mainly used the rooms for sleeping.

Very clean! I'm use to sleeping on a Cal-King so the bed was a little small for me. Other than that I was very satisfied with the hotel!

“My continued destination in San Diego”

I read all the reviews on hospitals in this area of San Diego, comparing quaility and price. This hotel had no complaints except for the size of the rooms and the price was stated to be quite low. I found every review up to par upon my arrival. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff was cordial and accomadating. I asked for a floor level because I was traveling with a two year old and the clerk cared for me well. I ate at the restaraunt and the food was delicious. The server had perfect manners. The on-site security was polite and discreet. The cleaning staff offered two seperate times to come by and clean my room. And, to top it off, the price placed a competitive edge to all the surrounding areas. I am eager to say that I will always come back to the Seven Seas!

“Perfect location”

This hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the "trolley" (transit train) which took us everywhere we needed to go. At this same trolley stop was a large mall. With the free shuttle bus to the airport and sea world, we never took a cab for our 6 day stay!

“5th time to stay at Seven Seas San Diego”

We have been happy every time we stay at the Seven Seas. The room is very clean and the grounds well kept. It is also very quiet and coming in late at night I feel safe. Great food in the cafe, too. Overall, I will return there my next time in San Diego.
