You get what you pay for.

Pros: Price and great value, close to nice pubs, restaurants etc.
Cons: Plenty, but then I would be paying more.
Location: Pub across the street is great, several good restaurants within walking distance, coffee shop nect door and Shelter Island only ten minutes walk.
For an inexpensive hotel I thought it was worth the money. Room was recently renovated, clean, had a refrigerator and microwave but no coffee machine. No worries, coffee shop next door had awesome coffee and pastries. Underground parking was a nice touch, tight for an suv but great to have it protected.

Clean room, but the building is a mess.

Our queen size bed was actually 2 twin beds pushed together. The lobby is gross, there is caution tape everywhere but no one is working on the repairs. This room I would value at below $60 but it cost over $104 including taxes. It was pretty close to Stone brewery so that was nice. Other than that, I'd try to find a different hotel next time.

What a dump.

Posted Apr 20, 2015
They were doing remodeling, that wasn't mentioned at booking.when we got in the elevator there was a notice posted that no water was available between 11am&1:30 pm.when we got to the room,we noticed that we had half a roll of tp and a box with a few tissue's.outside our room was a stack of bed's and tables about10 feet from our door and someone sitting at a table drinking beer.all in all a very tacky place, nothing like the advertising.

There was graffiti on the wall, the microwave was not working told the person at the front desk never serviced the microwave... The fridge didn't work it was totally defrosted... Nasty

Cons: Sheets and fungus in the bathroom. Place did not feel clean
Location: Close to the beach.
Place was not what I expected. The room smelled and felt dirty. There was a lot of dust in the room. Would not stay there again. Place doesn't have a pool.
