Mercy Aeri,STOP LYING UNDER YOUR TEETH. Following are the facts. ---Upon your complaint we sent immediatly our maintenance staff to check your room just after your check in-- same day. ---You did not allow any of our staff-- to check the bathroom--- and you asked same time full refund. All rooms at Comfort Inn Escondido are well checked two times daily and we are proud of our hotel. We again sent in the morning our head houskeeper to check your bathroom. She found out in presence of your husband ---everything was perfect and working as it was supposed to.--- For a proper water tempreture you have to keep the shower handle in the middle ----if you turned all the way on either one side then it's either hot or cold---You should have knowledge of it. You are just an ignorant stupid customer.We have two members from our well experienced staff --they confimed that.."everything was perfect during your stay after check in everything in presence of your husband". Your husband was sadly watching all your drama helplesly.You are nothing but a cheap lier, stupid and an idiot person who trys to do this "bad review technique" to get full refunds. We are not giving any refunds for false compalints.----YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COME TO OUR HOTEL AGAIN EVER--
