DisappointedPosted Aug 31, 2014
There was a moldy stale smell as soon as we walked in the room. I smelt it all night long and did not sleep good at all. I did find mold in the bathroom corner by the shower. The bunk beds were filthy and had not been wiped down. I would not stay there again.

Nice and comfortablePosted Aug 29, 2014
Me and my thirteen year old son just finished up a two day tuna trip and were really tired and worn out, so we showed up and they had our room ready and in just minutes we were parking and heading to out room. Very nice employees and very helpful. I will stay there again when I do another fishing trip.

Lack of comfortPosted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: not much
Cons: remove the mattress in the sofa beds since it's known people cant sleep on those and replace with new quality mattresses. Improve the all mattresses.
Location: sea world
Thee pull out sofa had a wafer thin mattress and can feel every spring. When I asked for a mattress pad, a worker brought me 2 sheets. The ceilings are so thin , I could hear everyone walking above my room and kept me awake all night. The dining room floor was sticky throughout. Better off to just pay an extra 20 bucks per night for a more comfortable hotel.

Nice hotel close to SDSU.Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness of the room and the amenities in the room. Availability of breakfast. Covered parking.
Cons: At breakfast they should use real eggs for scrambling and real sausage. The eggs and sausage that they served had an off taste.
Location: The hotel is convenient to many activities in the San Diego area. For me it was close to SDSU where I was dropping off my daughter for the school.
The hotel was clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was well maintained. I was not at the hotel very much and so did not make use of the pool.

Location! Location! Location!Posted Aug 23, 2014
Super conveinant location and easy freeway access! Stayed 5 nights and always found a safe parking spot on the street - no need to pay the $10.95 per night parking (they claim the fee is because they have a security person that walks the premises) Breakfast room is not well designed and always crowded and is on the 4th floor right above where we stayed (very noisy!)- pull out sofa bed the worst mattress ever - but would still stay again because of the price, pool & location!

Hotel close to seaworld, zoo and bus terminalPosted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: I like the hotel shuttle that takes you to places like seaworld, zoo, bus terminal etc which helped us a lot. Clean room & friendly staff
Cons: Microwave for guest use. proper computer and better internet/wifi. More choices for breakfast
Location: The location is great. It's close to the terminal where you can get buses, trolleys and trains to take you anywhere even to other cities like LA.
Experience overall was ok for the most part. The staff were friendly and room was clean. Didn't like that fact that the breakfast area gets really dirty because people make mess and don't clean up after themselves. Well, they can't please everyone but our experience was great and will definitely go back to comfort inn. I love that fact that I can take transit to go everywhere and don't have to get a rental car or pay for parking every night. Save us some money. The kids love it too. I will advise anyone going there for the first time to make sure you get food from the airport before heading to the hotel especially if it's late cause the only restaurant close by doesn't open till late. There is a store that you can get some snacks/sandwiches for the night but it's pretty expensive (they will come pick you up and bring you back to the hotel) If you are a pizza lover then you can order pizza to your room too.

Nice accessPosted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: We loved our room was great for the kids.
Cons: The pool temp and more availability of the towels.
Location: Restaurants near by, and near all activities, not far from attractions at all.
We had a great stay with the family room. Was great and staff was friendly. In good area with access to freeways and other areas. The pool however was a little cold at night and we had to wait about 30min for our towels.

worst hotel...Posted Aug 19, 2014
our brand new car has been hit in the front bumper within the very tight/small parking space of the hotel. staff didnt even apologize for the inconvenience, even said no camera in that area where our car was parked so she cannot verify. took pics of our car but when i asked her what will happen next, all she said was to call their insurance company!!! hallway/room has a stinky/old smell...bathroom is too tiny, our toilet even had stain my toddler refused to use it...if you're trying to save money, there are other better hotels within the same price range..dont even bother.

Smelly room and very close to freeway ... Noisy !Posted Aug 18, 2014
Overall the facility was ok but lacked on details. The room smelled and hotel was stuffy and humid... The free breakfast was chaos and so we ditched it the last 4 days of our trip

Nice, clean but smallPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Breakfast, clean
Cons: Provide enough tower
The Suite is small, They didn't provide enough towel and shampoo, conditions. We must ask for every 5 night that we stay for the supplies. They must know we have 6 people when we booked and check in.
