“Good Businness hotel, hard to get to.”
I decided to stay in this hotel because I had a meeting at the Otay mesa border crossing very early in the morning. If you are crossing from Mexico to the US it is really easy to find. BUT if you are coming from the US side plan your route ahead of time, the roads change because of construction and even with my trusty tomtom guiding me I got lost over 45 minutes in the pitch black, because it sent me trough the "official" route (there is hardly any civilization between San Ysidro and Otay Mesa. Nice staff, clean and ample rooms.
“Comfortable for the price”
The room was small but clean and comfortable and had a microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. There are plenty of gas stations and fast food places nearby with easy access to the freeway. Not many retail locations nearby.
“Nice Hotel”
Great in every aspect, but in the middle of nowhere. As a side note, I'm not sure why the staff always has to always revert to Spanish whenever they talk among themselves in front of guests -- when they all speak perfect English. It is like they want to show their disdain for America, or worse, have you not understand what they are saying. Hotel was great, however-- an oasis in a deserted area. I'll go back again and the staff was most helpful; they could not have done more. Room was spotless; facilities were great and well maintained.
“Quick service”
We needed a quiet place to rest after a long day and long drive. We got throught the late night checkin in after about 5 minutes. A few minutes later we were in bed, fell asleep fast in a spacious, quiet room.
“Great customer service”
Our stay was only one night. The room was comfortable and very clean upon our arrival. But the customer service blew me away. There was one person at the front desk and he was the most pleasant person i've ever dealt with traveling. I will definitely be back and stay here.
“Not a great experience.”
The elevator was broken and we had to walk up a few flights of stairs to reach our room. The halls smelled strange, like urine and air freshner. The complimentary continental breakfast lacked quality. The line was super long and the food felt cheap and old.

We stayed here as we were attending a concert at the Cricket Theatre. We were really impressed with this hotel and thought it was great value!
