Conveniently located in Old Town. I had a busy schedule so just stayed in hotel to sleep. beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Area around hotel is not busy so it's quiet and restful. Staff was nice. Airport shuttle was convenient but doesn't operate 24hrs.

Great location, reasonable rates

A more refined courtyard than most, my only complaint is they don't make coffee available to guests in the lobby, they hold it behind the bar or give you a single k cup in your room. Puts employee convenience ahead of guest comfort- funny how the little things matter

Dear Jack, Thank you for your comments about your last stay at the Courtyard Old Town. I am glad you enjoyed our hotel. I apologize for the coffee, however as of 2014 the Courtyard brand does not offer free coffee at any of there hotels. I have tried to enhance the coffee experience at our individual location by adding Keurig machines in our rooms. We have extra K-Cups available at the front desk should a guest require more. We hope to see you back soon, Sincerely, Steve P.

Nice hotel, walking distance to Old Town.

Posted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: Great location and easy freeway on/off.
Cons: It is an older property, but it appears that they try to take care of it.
Location: You can walk to many restaurants, shops and of course, Old Town.
Parking is a challenge and it seems that they always have problems with the elevators.

Dear Dave, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel on Expedia. I am glad you enjoyed our convenient location in Old Town. Parking can be challenging in Old Town so we do offer underground parking at our location for a fee. Please come back and see us again in the future. Sincerely, Steve P.

hotel amenities lacking

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: Close to tram to go to convention center and very close to Old Town
Cons: Fix the elevator. Free coffee downstairs, come on.
Location: Old Town and the tram
The hotel café was mediocre and completely over priced. The hotel should have at least a continental breakfast. The hotel has coffee in the lobby but you have to pay 2.00 for a cup. That's ridiculous!! The air conditioning wasn't working when we arrived. I advised the staff who suggested we wait to see if it "kicks in" . We came back later and it still wasn't working . The repair person couldn't fix it so we were moved to another room. We should have been comped but all I received was free garage parking. Fix the elevator please. Very noisy and slow.

Adequate hotel close to airport

Posted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Very friendly staff and proximity to airport and early shuttle service
Cons: Condition of facilities
Location: Old town was within walking distance and very fun to walk through
Very friendly staff. Very old facility. Free shuttle to airport. Swimming pool was very small and shaded by surrounding buildings. Our battery on the thermostat needed changing.

Not worth the price

Posted Jul 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
Parking is very limited. They advertise as having 3 parking lots but they really only have 2 and they are small for the amount of rooms offered. Parking stalls were not very wide either. Room smelled VERY musty. Never got rid of that smell even with the air conditioner blowing. Would have been nice to be able to open the window and get some of the sea breeze since we were just across the highway. Windows are now double-paned so they can not be opened. Housekeeping never came in to clean our room. Only pluses - bed was very comfortable and hotel is walking distance to Old Town. But not worth the money we paid. Definitely pay for location. Won't stay there again.
