“Disgusting Staff”
I had the most horrifying experience here. The keys to my room would not work. Next morning the door got jammed and the hotel is on the freeway. It is terrribly noisy. The elevator does not work and has to be manually pried open. The staff are the worst - they dont care - if you report anything they yell back at you. i am sorry I ever went to this hotel. Ans yeah the breakfast sucks big time. Overall a very shoddy place.
“Great Motel, but no room service”
This hotel was very nice and clean. I didnt like that I had to get on the freeway again to get to the hotel and that there was no taxi available and I had to walk about 1 and 1/2 miles to catch a trolley but the hoptel was nice an comfortable. As far as room service from pizza places, forget it. I waited over an hour for a burritop that never came. the guy who took the order said the driver couldnt find the hotel. I told him forget it, i dont want his cold food. he could have called me to tell me his driver was lost. I ordered a pizza from another ad and that worked out after 3 hours.
“Solid stay overall”
The room was spacious and had everything we needed and more, almost a full kitchen!
“Pretty good for the price”
I was actually pretty surprised and how clean and roomy the room was. I forgot my slippers and walked on the carpet and my feet didn't get dirty like I expected. There was almost a full kitchen, we didn't need it but I was thinking if I had the kids with me it would have been very convenient. The place was really quiet except for a little noise from the freeway. We went for a football game and it is pretty close to the stadium, just a few minutes drive. It was pretty impressive for a 'low budget' sort of hotel. I will stay there again if I go to another game.
“its ok”
you get what you pay for.. decent.. not shabby.. only stayed for a night..
“Will stay again”
Very clean, friendly staff, ample parking but breakfast could use some help
“Not bad if you not going to be in your room alot”
I called the hotel to let them know that I would be checking in late. It was in the middle of a black out so I had some understanding but the hotel clerk was probably frustrated and told me that I wasn't going to be able to check in at all. He offered no viable solutions and basically told me I was going to have to find somewhere else to stay. I didn't arrive till later in the night so by that time some power was restored and I had no problem checking in. When we got to our room it was extremely hot, the water for the shower came out better in the faucet part versus the shower head. We had to call housekeeping after the 2nd day to come clean our room. They would knock on are door between 9:30-10 a.m. every morning to clean the room even though we had the "do not disturb" sign up (I guess our room had to be cleaned at that time if we wanted it clean). The free continental breakfast consisted of boxes of cereal and danishes. It was only offered from 7-9:30 a.m. which wasn't convenient for my family considering we were on vacation and stayed out fairly late and didn't get up until after that...The hot tub was cold and when we asked the guy what was wrong he said he didn't know and that he was going to come close it anyway. On about are 4th day there there was a huge leak in parking lot coming from a pipe in the ceiling.
“Won't recommend this hotel to anybody.”
antes infistation? non profetionnel personnel at all/ Rude to a point that they don't answer the phone when call coming from outside? don't transfer the calls? when guest complained about that : was told that won't put trough more than 3 calls a day ..especially when busy with other customers, adding because of lots of calls coming in for or from /prostitutes ! non working elevator with strong bad odors?
“Yuck”
Very old and not well maintained. Front desk people are not friendly. Bedding was from the 70's and stained. Shower leaked and the walls are super thin - screaming baby next dorr woke me up twice. If it weren't for the factthat I only needed to be there for 12 hours just to sleep, I would have forfeited the rate and found another hotel. AWFUL!
“It exceeded my expectations!”
this was the cheapest hotel i found for my trip, thus i expected it to not be all that great. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the room, the area and everything else. The one thing that was not good was that during check in we found out that they actually didn't have a King bed room available as we had requested. Other than that- go for it!
