Stayed here once before had no problems, tried to stay again. But we had problems since we arrived in our room. Then got charged for the room even though the time we were in the room was when they were fixing our tv that wouldn’t work.

Shower water was boiling hot and you could not get it to turn cold, the faucet dripped throughout the night, when we informed the front desk, they stated that the maintenance man had not been in yet we informed the staff that we will be leaving because we had prior engagements to attend to, and that they may enter our room to fix it as we will not be there all day. The front desk assured there would be another room available for us on our return if they could not resolve the issue. When we returned later in the night we checked our room and nothing was fixed, we again informed the front desk and they had no other room to offer stating they were fully booked, and tried to blame it on us for not being present so that the maintenance man could fix it. Overall it was a horrible stay with horrible service.

There was a roach crawling on the wall by the microwave. The bedding had stains.

It was so bad I didn’t even sleep in her. The shower had so many patches and it took forever to get warm. The room smelled of old paint and was unplessnt

The staff are amazing. So helpful, friendly and made me feel safe being a solo traveler. The room was clean but the room and the building is old. The neighborhood is not that great, but it’s easy hop to freeways.

When I noticed housekeeping hadn't come around and they were leaving, I talked to someone and they said "in about an hour". That didn't happen, front desk couldn't do anything about it, etc.
