We checked in, I had called before we arrived for a bottom floor due to my disability I can not climb stairs and the hotel didn't have an elevator. The only room she was willing to give me was one that did not have the TV in the bedroom, I am assuming because it was either stolen or broken. Then there was no iron. The hotel staff told me that they would get one for me and put it in the room, that didn't happen that night, so I asked the clerk in the morning, and advised the clerk to have the maint. guy come in today while we were gone to please fix the TV in the living room because that was a bed connection and fuzzy on every station. He informed me that there was no extra irons and he could have housekeeping put one in the room later that day, I explained that didnt happen the day before. I asked If he could check vacant room for me so I could get an iron. He said no, but said I could, so he gave me a key to one room, no iron, I got a second key no Iron, I gave up. Came back to hotel in the night tv did not get fixed, and again no iron. Carpets dirty, walls were nicely painted probably within the last year. Will not stay again.

Pros: The suite. The room had a small studio living room with a large flat screen tv, kitchen area, medium size bath and a bedroom with two beds..
The staff was very nice. It is a small hotel complex and has a very homely feeling once you go to your room, I most definitely would stay there again.

Worst ever experience at a Days Inn. Highlights: - We checked in for 4 days for the Christmas holidays. Since we reached the city at 7AM we requested an early check in. Were told we could check in at 2PM (original check in 3PM). - On checking in, immediately realized that the bathroom lock was broken. On asking it to be fixed we were told "you guys are a couple you can manage"- really? He further said he may not find anyone to fix it for next 4 days. I jokingly asked for a discounted stay. His response- "i can check you out right now if you dont like the room". Rude! - The bathroom sink didn't drain. I didn't care to ask it be fixed this time as I didnt want to face the person again. - The room windows one shut never opened again- old rusted i guess. - The morning breakfast is the worst ever!!! We skipped it 3 out of 4 days. - The so called "free wifi"- doesn't really work; or maybe it does when no one uses it! - Air-conditioning- lol! The air conditioner is in the living room and never manages to cool/heat the bedroom! I would rather pay more than stay at this location! I would really like to somehow contact Days Inn corporate to complain about the rude behavior of the folks servicing this location!

Suite at cheap motel price...

Pros: Good price, large room (with seperate bedroom), free breakfast, free wifi.
Cons: Cleaner would be nice, but it wasn't filthy, just typical cheap motel.
Location: Nothing special around, we were using it to sleep while visiting family so it didnt matter.
Seperate living room and bedroom, with seperate dining area. Very convenient with kids! Although had problems :( We have twin 8-month olds, so requested two cribs when booking thru expedia. Then I called the hotel afterwards to make sure we could get two cribs, as we planned to arrive 8pm Christmas Eve and put them immediately to bed. They said no problem. Get there, after waiting 20 minutes to check in, only one crib. End up having to drive around a city I'm unfamiliar with trying to find somwhere open (remember, christmas eve, now after 9pm). Walmart was closed!@# Luckily got to target 15 mins before closing. Second problem is I had requested room with one king/queen bed (forgot which they had). We get there, and end up getting room with two double beds. I'm over 6'3", and I didn't wanna not sleep with my wife, so very uncomfortable in the crammed bed with my feet hanging off the end and feeling like I'm on the edge about to roll off all night.

Additional money soaking wet bed room smelled

Location: near mall
When we arrived at the hotel we were required to give the hotel another $50 as deposit. We were not prepared for this. They preferred cash over credit card, so that was a hastle because we did not know the area. Secondly, the room smelled terribly. The water from the sink in the bathroom had a stinch. Thirdly, one of the beds were soaking wet, including the mattress. They sent us new sheets of which did not solve the problem. They were not willing to give us a refund. Was unable to talk with manager to come to a solution. We would like to have our money back for this room. The stay at this hotel was a catastrophe!
