Beautiful Embassy Suite Hotel.

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: The living room, bedroom are very spacious. We loved the breakfast & snacks are delicious and the display of the food was so eye appealing.
Cons: I really I should had requested another suite, because I did not like the joining suite. Your glasses should be wrapped in a plastic sanitary reasons
Location: I loved the locations everything conveniently located. I loved the indoor pool.
Embassy Suite Hotel is a beautiful hotel, spacious living room, and housekeeping does a beautiful jobs of keeping the rooms very clean. Your employees makes you feel very welcome.

Not the best

Posted Feb 19, 2015
The hotel looks very impressive from the outside. It is close to a Westfield shopping mall, a P F Chang restaurant, and many major road networks, but the parking situation at this hotel is not the best. Even unloading at the entrance is difficult and their self-parking charge of $22 per night seemed excessive. We had a quiet, comfortable handicapped accessible suite on the 10th floor with a kitchen and lounge area separate from the bedroom. It was adequate, though a little outdated and shabby. I was dismayed that (unlike other hotels we stayed in) this establishment had such a poor choice of television channels. I was surprised that we had no really hot water in our bathroom wash hand basin. The maintenance staff suggested we ran it for a long period of time (10 minutes to get it hot) – not a sensible, cheap and sustainable situation. On leaving, we were given free parking to compensate for this inconvenience. We tend to choose Embassy Suites where possible on our many USA holidays because they provide a cooked-to-order hot breakfast choice, and this hotel did not disappoint. There was plenty of buffet choice at breakfast, though at times it was crowded, and finding a seat was difficult. It was lovely to be acknowledged by ‘the smiley lady’ who worked extremely hard to clear tables. The high daily charge for the internet was another disappointment. Fortunately, there was a Business Centre, but other hotels provided it for free in bedrooms

Great for golfing vacation

All the great ammenaties that you would expect from Embassy Suites. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. This location lets you get on the highways quick and get to your golfing destination and to the beaches. Didn't understand paying each night for parking while not being downtown. Breakfast was great as usual but we had a few days where the buffet was not available and had only one cook to cover everybody and the line went slow.

Fun Mini-vacation

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is in a great location. We love the big suites. The snack time in the evening and the breakfast in the morning are great! The indoor pool is my kid's favorite. Will definitely stay there again!
