Curtains were torn in several places and hanging crooked off of the rail. The bathroom had hair on the walls, sink/counter and on the walls of the bathrub/shower. There was only 1 large towel for a room with 2 twin beds. The coffee maker i recieved from the front desk was filthy, had old coffee in it with the old filter that was dried, crusty and had specks of white fuzzy mood growing in it. Calling the front desk to get anything was impossible the phone kept ringing and no one ever picked up not even after 15 minutes. The walls had sharpie writing/scribbled. The elevator was broken. I asked for a room on the first floor or an accessible room since I am 7 months pregnant.. they gave me a filthy fisgustujg unclean room on the 3rd floor.

They did not have shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. When I asked the front desk about it, they gave me only shampoo. They did not have conditioner or body lotion. The listing said, 'Grab N Go' breakfast. When I asked about it, they said, it is only muffins and they did not have that in stock either. It was just coffee until 10 am. There was some trash in the hallway, The area is safe though. Close to MacDonalds, Starbucks and other eateries. I will not stay here again.

I’m glad I only spent 6 hours here, an extended stay would’ve been awful. I went to take a shower and then read a sign that you have to get it at the front desk….. that’s convenient when you are ready to jump in the shower! Then, no bath towels……need I say more.

The elevator wasn't working so I had carry my bags up to the second floor. There were no bath towels. The maid only had wash cloths and hand towels. I didn't get much sleep because of the noise coming from another room. It felt unsafe.

Elevator broken. Dirty. Staff was horrible. Drunk teens in the parking lot at 2 am causing problems jumping on moving cars. Teens woke up a lot of guests. Police dealt with teens for an hour. No hotel staff was there.

The front desk said the card machine was broken and they had to escort me to my door to let me in. I’ve never had that happen to me at a hotel. I thought that was very inconvenient. I couldn’t leave without putting a lock open. That’s unprofessional and not right. I already paid my money, otherwise I would’ve went somewhere else for that reason. Hotel kind of old, needs updates. But affordable.

Complimentary breakfast was a joke, literally just an expired individually wrapped chocolate muffin and coffee that they put away an hour before breakfast ends ? Our key stopped working probably 7 or 8 times throughout our 2 night stay* We got back to the hotel pretty late and of course the key didn't work so I went to the front desk there was no one there. I called their phone number,the "overnight" number, I called customer service, used the phone on the wall yet no Answer. I knocked on the office door, the break room door, I walked up and down all the hallways and I couldn't find anyone to help! I could hear music playing in the staff office room behind the desk the entire time so I was literally banging on the door at this point. So I'm recording their sign and the music playing and how no one was minding the front when some guy comes falling out the back door didn't even look like an employee at all. He didn't ask me what my name was or for my ID, just the room number and made me a key. At the time I was so over it and ready to go lay down that I didn't care but seriously he was just giving keys to whoever? So I ended up being locked outta my room for hours (that I paid over 100$ a night to stay) And also they have s*** splattered all over the walls and cacaroaches running around the whole room Seriously wish I could get my money back or a voucher to a better extended stay 😭

Location is good. Extended stay has put in some serious cost cutting measures. They don’t provide utensils until you ask for it. When I asked for it they did not have plates , spatula. They ran out of dishwashing liquid. No shampoo until you ask for it. Only two towels provided in bathroom. I had to go to the reception multiple times to pick up utensils and soap. Very limited room service. Overall decent stay for the price. But extended stay was much better before

Staffing was too low and front desk uncovered often, resulting in multiple waits. Lobby elevator did not run to 3rd floor and required stairs from 2-3. No ice machine or ice available on property and clerk said “just go to the gas station up the street”. I guess I was just expecting something more but location was perfect for need and price for night would definitely be a benefit to some.

Trip was Thursday to Sunday... I arrived on Thursday, waited 15 mins for someone to show up at the desk. Room had a bad Oder/smell during the whole stay. I was locked out of my room Friday night and Saturday night after dinner, keys were reset because someone removed my key access. Noone cleaned my room, never had housekeeping show up to my room during the whole trip, saved on tipping the housekeeper $22.00. Not recommended to stay.

Definitely would NOT stay here again! As soon as we walked into our room and turned on the light, cockroaches were seen walking around on the floor, kitchen countertop and in the refrigerator!!!!! The receptionist was nice and immediately apologized for the inconvenience and transferred us to another room! But either way, last time we stay at this hotel.

Check out service was ridiculous. Line of people waiting to check out and no one in sight to help at front desk. Kid finally showed up and looked disheveled and seemed to not want to be there. No shampoo/conditions, etc. in the room ready to be used. No coffee in rooms, shall I go on? Smell was unclean.
