Pros: Clean.
Cons: Shuttle transportation, and a couple cut-outs on sidewalks so wheelchair quests do not need to travel on the driveway while avoiding cars and trucks.
Location: I was sitting at the bus stop in the drizzle and cool breeze planning bus routes and transfers needed to get to Sea World. The free shuttle passed by.
FOUR POINTS by SHERATON on Aero Drive (Four Points Downtown also) refused to provide complimentary shuttle transportation to me. They advertise complimentary airport shuttle and other free shuttle transportation to all guests. Only guests who can walk up the steps into the shuttle get free shuttle transportation. Four Points by Sheraton boasts about accessible rooms and gives the impression that all guests receive all hotel features. The hotel feature of Complimentary Shuttle Rides is for all guests who do not use wheelchairs. Quadriplegic guests, paraplegic guests, electric wheelchair guests, scooter guests who cannot walk must find and pay for your own transportation. Four Points by Sheraton does not include you in their total service.

Cons: Noisy rooms....
Location: no shops walking distance from Hotel....

Strange layout; basic anonymity, no sense of place

Pros: It was next to where I was meeting.
STrange layout in that it seems original design was for some "corporate meeting" or conference hotel, but the end result is a no-man's feeling throughout the hotel. The restaurant was odd, food average. Nothing really wrong with the place, but strange and unfulfilling. Won't go again.

Poor service and dishonesty

When we checked in I specifically asked for room with good internet reception. We chose hotel due to free internet, free parking and location. Internet did not work and calls to desk simply resulted in promise technician would fix and they would call room back. No follow thru, no internet, no phone call. When called front desk to ask status was given vague brushoff. After no internet entire stay I asked for adjustment to bill and lady said she would have manager Rex call and took my cell phone number (had my email alfeady). Still no call, no adjustment to bill. Felt lady (said her name was Armani) lied to me whole time just to «handle» situation by assuring me internet would be available instead of being truthful that it would not be working. Need honest straightforward answers to guests not vague non-answers that are lies.

Heavy doors and slammed loud when guests went in or out their rooms. Could hear guests in room next door, thin adjoining room doors. Hotel under construction.

A good value for what I paid

For what I paid this was a good value. The only nit to pick is the lack of a continental breakfast. There is a restaurant on premises but that takes too much time. There are no fast food joints close by either.

Good location and comfortable bed are important to me! This hotel offers both and within our business budget. The room is updated and clean; the customer service at the front desk was very good.
