Stayed one night. This is a business hotel in the middle of Qualcom business park. We stayed on a Saturday night. Rooms were very nice. The location is quiet. There are not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area. They had a very good breakfast buffet. We would stay again.

better than expectedPosted Nov 5, 2013
Pros: THE STAFF, THE ROOM, THE CLEANINESS
Cons: MAYBE BREAKFAST
THE HOTEL WAS GREAT. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING AND VERY WELCOMING. THE ROOM WAS AMAZING , BETTER THAN I EXPECTED BASED ON PREVIOUS REVIEWS; COULD BE OF THEIR RECENT RENOVATION. THE BATHROOM WAS GREAT , EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN. HOTEL WAS QUIET, NO NOISEY KIDS OR OCCUPANTS. ONLY COMPLAINT IS IT'S NOT CLOSE TO ANYTHING. SEAWORLD IS ABOUT 15 MINS AWAY BUT I DIDN'T MIND THE DRIVE AND DOWNTOWN/GASLAMP IS ABOUT 25 MINS. BREAKFAST WAS JUST OK, BUT WHOS COMPLAINING WHEN ITS FREE. I WOULD STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Very nice hotel and clean.Posted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: Everything, the suites w/the kitchen, the sofa sleeper, the large TVs in the living area and the bedroom and a door between them.
Cons: I'd like to have hooks in the bathroom to hang my clothes this bathroom did not have any.
Location: Near downtown SD, Seaworld, Viejas Outlet, beach, & Old Town.
Love the full breakfast everyday. Saved money there. My grandson, 7 yrs old, loved the pool.

Our Stay in San DiegoPosted Aug 12, 2013
Pros: The Breakfast buffet, suite, laundry facilities, hot tub, convenience of location.
Cons: Pool was too cold and could use a heater.
Location: Very convenient to beaches, museums, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, stores and restaurants.
We chose this hotel because we wanted a suite that also offered a kitchen with a stove refrigerator and microwave. The hotel had laundry facilities and that was great. We were able to wash our clothes often so we did not have to bring a bunch of dirty clothes back home with us. We also enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. We found our room to be very clean and comfortable. We liked that the living room part of the suite had a comfortable couch to sit on so we could read, look at our computers or watch TV. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet! It was the best we had ever had. We were amazed by the great selection of different foods! For example, every day they offered in addition to regular scrambled eggs, they also offered another variety like western scrambled eggs etc. My husband enjoyed the omelets made to your order by the omelet chef. We also enjoyed the wide selection of fruits and juices offered too. The hotel had no view other than the center courtyard which was very pretty. We also liked that there was a place to lounge upstairs while we did our laundry. The pool was nice and clean. And the hot tub was very nice too.

Fabulous property and staff! Loved the updated feel and the shower alone is worth the drive! Breakfast was over-the-top great! Loved the room set-up / layout. Just wish this property was closer to some nightlife and other sights. Overall, I highly recommend this property.
