Coffee dispenser was empty both nights by 830pm when we returned from dinner. The staff offered to brew coffee but the first night were busy checking in guests so we waited over 30 minutes. The second night we waited about 10min.

We have stayed here several times while visiting family and the hotel just seemed to have gone downhill. We checked out early but they left our stay for the second night on the books and charged us for parking when we weren't there. We had to ask to have the first nights parking refunded because when we got there parking was full and we had to park on the street. Also you can't close the drapes so the sun wakes you up in the morning.

Thank you for your review, after receiving your call me noticed the error for the parking and immediately refunded your card. As per the drapes there is a separate set of black out curtains that need to be used, we would have haply assisted you with that during your stay.

This hotel was very nice. There wasn’t much parking and the locked lot filled up quickly. Otherwise, it was very good. The breakfast was great!

The hotel was very clean & the staff were friendly. I was impressed by their continental breakfast, which included scrambled eggs, sausage, & bacon in addition to the fruits & pastries I expected to be available. The hotel is dog-friendly & had an adorable “welcome” sign in front of the entrance that listed the dogs currently staying by name - it was so cute!

Spacious, clean, and comfy!
Our room was spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable! It was clean and had plenty of space for our clothes. There was a mini fridge and microwave, very convenient!

They charge 12 dollars for parking which sucks but otherwise I really enjoyed my stay! Clean room, good free breakfast and a comfy bed.

This is a VERY no frills hotel! Everything very basic. The first room I was sent to reeked of cigarette smoke. They changed me over but then I had trouble getting on the Internet. The breakfast room was packed with screaming kids from some kind of sports team, and the vending machine downstairs didn’t work properly.

As usual with the Hampton Inn, it did not disappoint. We travel a lot and whenever available the Hampton Inn is an our sure bet. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ready to fuel us for a day hiking. Thank you
