Harbor Inn & Suites

I know it was memorial day weekend but honestly how can you charge more for this dump than the hilton in san diego. The owners were just exploiting the situation. The bathrooms were unfinished i.e unpainted walls. The bedroom floors were all tiled. There was not enough room to swing a cat in the room let alone put any luggage anywhere. The air conditioning fan would not stay on so that the noise from the traffic and other guests was a disturbance. Please refer to previous comments by other dissatisfied guests for an accurate assessment of the property.

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I even extended my stay. It is in a perfect location. Really close to the beach and cute little shops. I plan on returning to the area again and I will stay again.

Staff was friendly and helpful Room was spotless clean. However, condition of room was disappointing. They are doing some remodeling, so I have hopes this will be dealt with in the future.

The Motel is very close to the Harbour about 10/15 minutes walk. The downside is it is right on the Pacific Coast Highway where it runs alongside the 5 Highway so the traffic noise can be horrendous - not that it stopped us from sleeping. Owner very friendly and helpful which is always a bonus.

no one bothers you, WiFi works great. The seat of my toilet was totally broken but other than that it's cute.

Our stay was O.K. a little noisy because of the Freeway right across the street from hotel. The windows are only single pane windows so all the noise comes in the room. They are working on making it better. Another problem, don't power your cell phone in the little vanity cove cause without the light on the plug doesn't work which we didn't find out till the next morning. But it wasa good hotel for the price.

Friendly patrons! Friendly maids! Little loud with traffic but other than that it was a great stay!

the 2 bedroom gives no living space. it is great if you are just needing a closed door for kids to sleep in... but aweful if its rainy all day and you are stuck in the hotel room. smelled musty/moldy and the ash tray for smokers was near our room so if people were smoking it came through our heating unit. we were in room 110.

i enjoyed my stay it was located around the corner from the beach and harbor. i love this place and i am planning a second trip to stay with my family to take them to the beach
