I called the hotel to let them know I would be arriving late; with that call I was hold for about 2 minutes. When I arrived to the check n window, I was told they were in the middle of "shift change" and had to wait. I stood in the cold for about 5 minutes. The room needed more blankets' phone call made to reception, no answer. Had to walk down to front office again and was provide with one. I would not stay there anymore.
